Recently I have stayed there for 2 days. We got one sea view room and one deluxe room. Pros: - Excellent location, close to the market and Marine Drive Road (3-5 min walk) - Clean rooms - The sea view room has a nice view Cons: - No room service - Limited amenities (no luggage assistance, need to fetch water from the common fridge) - Deluxe room has very limited space Overall a no-frills, budget-friendly option with a great location. Suitable for those who don't mind basic amenities.

The rooms don't match as the place. It's very small, with construction going on top and looks like a pg room worth 500rs. The owner and people were nice. But the pricing and posted image doesn't do justice. You can yourself see the orange place in photos which is the hotel

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Andaman Vacation Home in Port Blair! The hotel is budget-friendly, with a great location and exceptional service. Although the rooms are a bit cozy, the price and location more than make up for it. Hassan, the person in charge, was incredibly helpful and polite. He arranged cabs for us at reasonable prices. Be sure to book the sea-view room - the views are stunning! I highly recommend calling Hassan before your arrival, as he can assist with arrangements. I highly recommend Andaman Vacations Home for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Port Blair.

The rooms are not worth the price of 1200. The drinking water provided was yellow, and the washroom had a strong bad odor. Given these conditions, the price should not exceed 800.

Small Homestay with very small size Rooms(Ok for 2 people ) but was neat & clean. Owner is very helpful. Location is also OK. There's no in house resturant you have to go to nearby market appx 100-200 mtr.

It's one of the best homestays in Port Blair. The owner was very very helpful in all things. The breakfast was homely and nice. It's located in the prime area. You can just walk to Cellular Jail, Water Sports Complex, Aberdeen Bazar etc. The room was very clean and tidy with all basic amenities. You will feel home away from your home. Affordably priced. The owner helped me know about places, timings and arranged scooter for rent. One should book this one without a second thought.
