Amazing Stay at Virgin Beach Resort I had the pleasure of staying at Virgin Beach Resort and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel boasts a stunning pool area, perfect for relaxation with plenty of space to unwind and soak up the sun. The highlight was how easy it was to access the beach, making it a breeze to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand just steps away from the hotel. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was offering local tips or ensuring we had everything we needed, they truly made us feel welcome and valued. I highly recommends this Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful amenities and outstanding customer service. Can't wait to return!

The service was consistently good, with staff being accommodating and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a satisfying and varied selection. However, the resort's namesake, the beach, is a significant letdown. Unfortunately, the beach area is far from pristine. It was disappointingly unclean, littered with household waste and, alarmingly, broken glass. It was clear that insufficient effort was being made to maintain its cleanliness, and the nature of the debris suggested that some of it may originate from the resort itself. This issue significantly impacted our experience, particularly for those with young children. Walking barefoot on the beach was simply not an option due to the potential for injury. This is a major drawback for a beach resort, as the beach should be its primary attraction. Pros: * Large, clean, and comfortable rooms. * Good, accommodating service. * Satisfactory breakfast. * Nice resort facilities. Terrible Experience - Not a Safe Place! My friend had an extremely bad experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away! Our valuable belongings were stolen from our room, and the hotel's response was nothing short of shocking. Despite having CCTV cameras, the management refused to check the footage or offer any support. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to ignore the issue, avoided our calls, and even blocked his number! This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about safety and security at this place. A hotel should ensure its guests feel secure, but here, it seems like they are covering up for something rather than helping their customers. If you value your belongings and personal safety, do not book this hotel! The management is unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely untrustworthy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible Experience - Lost Items & Suspicious Management I had an absolutely horrible experience at this resort. During my stay, I lost my belongings, and when I approached the management for assistance, they were completely unhelpful. I asked them to check the CCTV footage, but they suspiciously claimed that the cameras were not working. How convenient! It's shocking that a so-called reputable resort has malfunctioning security cameras--either they're lying, or they simply don't care about their guests' safety. Their attitude was dismissive, and they showed no concern about my missing items. Instead of helping, they kept giving vague excuses, making the whole situation even more frustrating. A resort should prioritize guest security, but this place clearly doesn't. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, AVOID THIS RESORT AT ALL COSTS. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away!

Hello,||||I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at this resort as i have had a really bad time||||Me with my husband and friends recently went on a trip to andaman. On our second day of trip||We stayed at Virgin beach resort on the second day that is 23rd February. The stay was all good until we realised on the next day (24th feb )of our check out that our bluetooth speaker worth 17000/- was stolen. We realised this during check out. We checked the whole room and our friend's room as well. But could not find it. We requested for cctv footage from the resort, but they claimed that the cctv access is with the owner and we had to wait until he reaches back. We contacted them frequently but they refused any help and even blocked by husband's number. They claim that they are trying their best, but they refused any access to the cctv footage. All this makes us realise that they have stolen or something is not right about it..

It was great place and the room as well as the staff was very polite. Especially the beach side was so pleasant and there is a private space for us and there is a private pool . According to the food it was very delicious to me and the staff were friendly and they feel us as their company and I would like to visit once again

A very peaceful resort with 20 rooms, a small pool and access to the beach. Very near to Jetty. Staff members are very polite and good especially Marina. The food variety is limited but good and tasty. In the evening,the music box is played near the beach.

It was a fantastic stay at this Resort! The swimming pool is gorgeous, with stunning views and a peaceful vibe perfect for relaxing. The private beach is an add on. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Despite being affordable, the staff treated us like VIPs, always attentive and friendly. It's rare to find such great hospitality at this price. If you're looking for a relaxing, budget-friendly getaway with top-notch service, this is the place to be!
