Pellicon Beach Resort

Stayed at Pellicon for 2 days. Had a smooth check in and stay. Rooms were spacious, but slightly worn out.. Decent enough to just spend the night. Breakfast has few options but good food! However the location is amazing, just by the beach, where u can catch a beautiful sunrise and clear blue waters when tide is high. Special mention to the service staff, everyone was very accommodating, sweet and welcoming and overall had a very pleasant stay!

We regretfully spent two nights at this resort,which were the worst in our entire trip. Booking this resort and paying in advance was a huge mistake. The only redeeming aspect was the staff, who were friendly and did their best despite the challenges. However, the owner is to blame for the lack of renovation and insufficient staffing. Our room was dirty, and the washrooms are in dire need of thorough renovation. Although the resort has beach access, the setup was filthy and poorly maintained, unlike other nearby resorts. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR MISLEADING ONLINE PICTURES.

We had the most amazing 2 days stay at this hotel during our trip in December. great location, it is right at the beach. Female staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not explore much outside, just had the most relaxing time at this resort. Just that the food (breakfast) was not tasty or hygenic so we did not eat there.

We recently had a very good stay in pellicon resort, enjoying stunning ocean views, comfortable accommodation and excellent service. I would really like to thank Reena and her team fo rall the services. It's a wonderful choice for those seeking a relaxing beach gateway. With some upgrades and improvements it can reach 5 star review!!!

Such a great experience and a great place to stay. All the staffs are all kind and polite, the service was superb and the breakfast was also very lovely. Must a visit place to stay if you're in Havelock but idk why I see some bad comments here it's really the opposite as I saw and experience in real. Lastly there staffs are so lovely i.e Reena and her team I had a great experience

Guys, At the onset, please note that this review is important for all couples. You will not bother to go here otherwise. I stayed here for 2 nights thinking it was going to be the most amazing place, with great service, amenities etc. I was wrong in so many ways. I called up the owner / manager Girish a day in advance and informed him that I'll be arriving early. When I arrived, guess what, neither was he there to receive me nor any of his staff. On the contrary, there were 2 boys, who looked as if they were intoxicated, and totally clueless on how to receive any guests / or receiving someone for the first time in their life. They didn't know any language, appeared very shabbily dressed etc. I can go on. We were made to wait for 35 mins to get our room. The manager, Reena (may have got the name wrong), was sleeping when I arrived at 8.30 am. The check-in process was nothing. No details or record was taken down. Once checked in, the room at first appeared decent but we soon realised that we had guests in our room - cockroaches! Not one or two, but at least 10 of them. When we checked into the room, there was no drinking water, no bathroom slippers, no tea bags, milk powder nothing. We had to ask and received anything only after an hour. The bed though was comfortable and the bathroom with a bath tub was decent but hot water was a joke. The geyser malfunctioned in such a way that one single bucket of hot water would take 1 hour to fill. No room service was available during the two nights. There was no phone in the room to connect to the reception. The only way we could call the reception is by taking down the manager's number. Wifi in the room was satisfactory. Complimentary breakfast in the room was pathetic. The food was sent to the room cold, and insipid. We had made a special request to keep breakfast ready on the second morning, the morning we're going to checkout, at 7.15 AM but that wasn't done. The breakfast we received entered our room at 8 AM. We had to eat in a rush since we had to catch our boat to Neil Island at 9 AM. Drinking water is available but not in the night. No one here bothers about you. I had to go out of my room and fetch drinking water in the dark and wake up the boys from their service quarters. I had lizards to keep me company which was not quite pleasing. The morning when we checked out after having breakfast in a rush, no one from the hotel came to receive us. No one inquired about our stay in the place. We entered the auto rickshaw and zoomed out. Finally, the most important, we paid 4000 per night for this place. But truly, this place was not even worth 2500. Reasons: No proper maintenance of the property, terrible service and overall reception. All this led to plenty of problems. I would advise you not to go by the pictures you see on Google. These are misleading and don't portray the right picture. Yes, the property is bang on the beach but that's it. Nothing else. You can get many other places with much better service.

Nice staff, good for visiting and basically pocket friendly with attached beach to the property. Restroom maintenance can be better.

It was a great location....the rooms were also decent enough but the only thing was the property was not done well care...this property would be more beautiful than it is now...it has a private beach also
