ILE BAY RESORT

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at ILE bay resort. The staff, the food, the service everything was extraordinary. They have a pool with very easy access and it was such a vibe chilling in it. The location of the resort is also very convenient with being close to the market and jetty. I would like to really appreciate the staff and their hospitality, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitely will visit again with family.

A good place to stay with family. Rooms are spacious and are well designed. There is breakfast buffet complimentary with room stay. The service is a bit slow as there is paucity of staff. This can be taken care by the hotel management. Moreover, there are some dishes that are not available in the menu however, they have been mentioned in the menu. Overall, i would give 4 stars to the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ile Bay Resort from February 20th to 22nd, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in was seamless. We celebrated my son's birthday during our stay, and although the cake we ordered from another bakery was canceled, the team at the reception quickly arranged a new one for us. They even allowed us to celebrate by the pool, despite it being past the checkout time. A big thank you to the Ile Bay Resort team!

A fairly new resort that's near the Jetty. The road leading to the hotel is dark and full of pot holes. Rooms are spacious but only have queen bed. Hotel will start to play loud music from 7-930pm with disco lights. Hotel staff command of English is not great so will have some communication issue. Breakfast included. Wifi is not great in the room. Price is reasonable compared with other hotels in the area.

This review I am writing for Mr. Krishnamurthy (owner of the property). About the property: Well maintained and comfortable. Staff: Ms Sharmila: The lady at reception is the only gem this property have after one more guy Mr. Kaushik . Both are very professional and know how to take care of guests at their land. Mr. Ayush: Very agressive and don't have any manner to serve in this industry. Mr. Bikram: Very experienced guy but reacted aggressively without knowing the truth and language used was very poor. Brief: on the day of our check in the resort didn't arranged for buffet as per MAP by citing the reason that we have very few guests and we couldn't. Next day Mr Bikram told that you can have dinner as per your choice as I have conveyed the message to my team and accordingly we ordered for fish fry. Also in the buffet on 2nd day chicken was there and Mr. Ayush straight way came to us at the time of dining and started shouting that you people can have only one item either fish or chicken. We told him that we have a word with Mr Bikram but he (Ayush )started arguing and by this way we all left the restaurant and didn't took our dinner also in the morning before check out few of us skip the breakfast because of previous night incident. My simple request to Mr Krishnamurthy and team is that hotel is a service industry and keep staff accordingly who can add customer to you. For guests : There are many more resorts far better than this and also with well behaved staff. Thank you

I booked it for 3nights and room is fine but flush was not working properly in my room atleast. There were cockroaches on the roof. The pool is nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was too bad but opt for that however if you will order from the restaurant the taste is good. Location is very near to the port so it's good too.

Fantastic Stay at ILE BAY Resort, Havelock Island! We had an absolutely wonderful time at ILE BAY Resort during our recent stay at Havelock Island! The resort is a perfect blend of luxury and nature, with breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing swimming pool! It's large, crystal clear, and overlooks a serene landscape, making it the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. Whether it was a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing evening swim, the pool was a delight. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had a cozy island vibe. We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort's proximity to the beach made it convenient to enjoy the pristine shores of Havelock. All in all, ILE BAY Resort made our trip unforgettable, and we can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Havelock island.

I had stayed there with my family #113 room number. Rooms were enough space. But the wifi or tv was not in working condition. Informed reception but no response. Restaurant staff had zero knowledge. Buffet was not arranged at the dinner time
