Reef Valley Resort

Reef Valley Resort, Lakshmanpur, Shaheed Dweep, Neil Island was a marvelous destination to enjoy a family trip in the green island in the clear blue waters of the Bay of Bengal. ||The resort is perfectly suited in the ambience of the natural bliss of the Andaman Group of Islands. We took a cruise from Port Blair and reached Neil Island sailing across the heavenly blue waters for about 2 hours. While on the way we saw a lot of flying fish moving alongside of our ferry.||Reef Valley Resort offered us with excellent rooms and room services located within the coconut grove. The food offered was superbly prepared. We had mouthwatering preparations of sea foods of different sorts. ||We stayed there for two nights and were satisfied to our heart's content. ||From there we sailed back again to Port Blair. The booking of ship was available on-line. However, the owner of Reef Valley provided services for booking our tickets. ||We took a variety of day trips to cover some superb picturesque locations but I loved the most the glass bottom boat ride to watch the under water marine life. ||Our trip had been a never-to-forget event for me and my daughter.

Resort Stay Review I recently stayed at this resort, and while the location was excellent, the overall experience was not up to the mark. Room (2/5): The room quality was disappointing. It did not meet the expected standards, and there were noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Given that rooms are a key part of any stay, this was a major letdown. Service (3/5): The service was average. While the staff was polite, they lacked efficiency and promptness. Some requests took longer than expected, which affected the overall experience. Location (5/5): The best part of the resort is its location. It is easily accessible and offers beautiful surroundings, making it a great spot for relaxation. Room Upgrading Issues: A major issue was the room allocation and upgrading process. Instead of ensuring guests receive a proper room as per their booking, the management seemed unorganized, often asking guests to adjust or exchange rooms after check-in. This reflects poor planning and is inconvenient for guests who book in advance expecting a hassle-free stay. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the resort needs to improve its room quality and management practices to provide a more seamless and comfortable experience for guests.

I visited this resort on 11th Dec 2024 with my small family (wife and son). I have been mesmerized with nature and the beautiful garden which you have maintained so nicely. My soul is filled with calmness and greenery around your resort. It's cost worthy. I have interacted with staff they are well behaved and so polite. The cleanliness of the room and surroundings are awesome. Thanks to Mr. Kundu even though I couldn't meet him.

This is the best resort in Niel Island. The rooms are very good and situated amidst the nature surrounding by banana trees and all other trees. Quite place. Food of this resort is also very good. Owner of this place ensures the service for every guest. Actually I can say I got a very good food specially fish here in my entire Andaman trip. I suggest everyone to stay here if you are planning to stay in Niel Island.

It is the best place in Neil Island andaman nicobar.... Must visit resort. Resort is surrounded by lots of trees. You can do a lot of photography here. Rooms are very big and cleaned and made up of wooden structures and great interiors. Rooms are surrounded by a lot of trees so in the morning you will wake up to birds chirping. You will feel calmness here. Service is very good and staff is very polite. Breakfast is very tasty and you will get variety of food.. Just mesmerising views this resort have You can see a lot of varieties of plants and flowers you will just fall in love with this place... We came from pune here, In whole trip of Andaman this is the best resort we have stayed...

A beautiful property in the lap of nature,truly a garden resort.Staffs are very well behaved, prompt services. The breakfast was really good. Though the rooms didn't meet our expectations.

One of the best resort in Neil island..very clean and great ambience. Very good behavior of staff. Food is also good. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The owner is also very kind and they treat all the guest well..

The rooms are spacious and clean. It has a huge balcony as well with lots of greenary around. You can find a lot of varieties of plants in the property. Location wise is not that great as there is nothing around. But if you want to just go and relax then it is good. Main downside are the strict timings. Breakfast also has very strict timing here, if you after this then nothing will be available. Also the checkout timing is not really good. The checkout time they said us was 9 and even breakfast is only till 9 here. We went for scuba early morning around 6 and reached back only around 9. We asked them to extend our checkout time the previous day itself but they didn't nudge. After lot of requests and routing it through our travel coordinator, they agreed till 10. And within this 1 hour we all 4 girls had to have our breakfast and also have bath. We did manage it, but 5 mins to 10 we had one person at the door waiting for us to checkout. I found this very stupid that one person is standing there and constantly watching over us get ready. We weren't sitting and relaxing at room, we were genuinely trying to get things done within the time. Not only one person but there were 4 other cleaning boys waiting like it was the only room left to clean. We didn't see that many people in the property as well so I really don't understand this urgency in cleaning. Such behaviour is not worth any rating. Also there is hardly any light in the room. Rooms are quite dark.
