Turtle Resort

The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very good, near Kalipur beach and Lamiya Bay.

Away from city life, almost at 20km distance from Diglipur. This resort is owned by the A&N Govt. and booking is done online. The location is very good, on top of a small hill. You can have the view of Saddle pick and sea as well. Nice greenery all around and inside the resort premises. There is an opening on the way to the hotel which leads straight to the Famous Kalipur beach or the turtle beach. Very nice and quality food served here and staff are cooperating. Good experience to stay there and highly recommend.

Turtle resort is a government run resort and has 11 rooms out of which 8 are available to book online. The main purpose of the resort is create a place for government officers to stay, but they do allow guests to book some rooms as well. The price of the AC room is just 1k+GST, food was also really good and cheap. It is located around 8km from Aerial bay, just opposite Pristine beach resort and close to Kalipur beach.

This place is closer to Kalipur beach near Diglipur, It is a government run resort and rooms are maintained well. The Service provided by the Staff was very good. The only downside is if any government officers happen to stay at this place during your stay all the attention of the staff will be about serving those officers.

Turtle resort is under Andaman tourism. Booking can be done online. This is located next to Kalipur Beach. The resort has all basic facilities. Comfortable bed, AC room, geyser, balcony, food at resort. The places is well kept at an elevated region which makes the view from here very nice. Only issue is the access road (NH4), though this is not specific to resort, but all of highway from Baratang onwards to Diglipur is almost like that. Saddle peak and Craggy Island are nearby. For Ross and Smith, you would have to go backwards toward Aerial Bay.||We had great stay for three nights.

Room is very cozy and nice. Big property well maintained. Staffs are very helpful. Food was really delicious and tasty. Just like homely cooked. Location is just infront of kalikapur beach. But best time to visit kalikapur beach is November and December because of turtle nesting. That time worth staying but for other months would not recommend because of its location.

All the rooms have Balcony /AC/ Geyser in bathroom/TV. For service, one needs to tell in advance so that preparations can be made as this resort is located far from market. We stayed there for three nights

Resort as it is really good. Rooms are quite good and big. Has TV , A\C and is well maintained. Food is just average only, but prices are affordable. Cutting down 1 star for following reasons. -- Manager doesn't provide WiFi to guests, telling that it's reserved for only high profile guests -- Tea and coffee were charged extra(double) than what is mentioned in menu card. When asked, they said that the prices are changed but not updated in menu. -- Resort is located very far from main center and the roads are horrible.
