Very good location with a private small beach Very well behaved staff and good service Rooms are good too but can be maintained better Staff rooms are adjacent and shady that's the only minus point- they should have been maintained better. Nice small resort and very near to the Havelock jetty

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended for Couple or Families I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed pre-booking, when we arrived, they outright denied us the room. It was shocking, as we had completed all the necessary formalities in advance. They seemed to prioritize other guests over us. Instead of honoring our reservation, they offered us an alternative hotel, which was not even our choice. This left us feeling stranded and disappointed, especially since we had planned to stay by the seaside. The new hotel had a pool, but it was nowhere near the same experience we had hoped for. The worst part was the time wasted--about two hours--dealing with this issue at Havelock. Time is crucial when you're on a tight schedule to explore the beautiful beaches like Elephanta, and Radhanagar. These places require early starts, but we lost precious hours that could've been spent enjoying the natural beauty of the islands. If you are ready to adjust your plans and accept the uncertainty, then book at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family, as their booking policies and customer service are highly unprofessional. It's a shame because it could've been a wonderful trip, but this experience completely soured it.

We Stayed 2 night in family with Baby age 2.7 year...and we appreciate the approach and care the team has provided. Food is with reasonable price and really of great taste. You have access to beach from resort that's an awesome advantage...

Great location - near the jetty. It has beach access which is a great plus point. Rooms were large and spacious, with balcony. The washroom was not well lit though, with no ventilation, no exhaust fan and drainage issue. Service could be little better with more proactive helpers.

Room was neat and clean. Near from ferry point like walkable distance. They also have beach access but beach is so so. Over all hotel is good. Only check in time is too late and panctual about check out. Overall experience is good.

The service was extraordinary, and the food was excellent. I hadn't felt this full in a long time. I felt a strong connection with them because of their respectful and welcoming attitude towards everyone. The boys were especially courteous and well-mannered.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a truly comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to assist with any request. Good experience

We booked this hotel through an agent we trusted, assuming it would be a decent stay. However, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The room was in terrible condition--dirty floors, unkempt bed, and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. The sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed for ages, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a highly disappointing experience at this price. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone!
