Great location! The property could put little more effort to make little adjustments to make the room look better. For example, the shower head was calcified and blocked and I didnot have a good shower on the days I stayed. It costs less than 10% of the nightly rate that they could have changed it. The bathroom was cleaned but it could have been cleaned regularly in the past as it's hard not to notice the stains on the floor. Besides this, it was an excellent stay, the staffs tried to help, although one of the staff I felt not so a good attitude. Less sea food options for an island hotel. But gotta give it to the owner that being the only property to provide affordable rates with a pleasant location while the rest charge double the price. Overall, I'd give 4/5 for the price and location.

I recently stayed in what was advertised as a "deluxe room," but my experience fell far short of expectations. Unfortunately, the room did not live up to the standard implied by its category. Room Condition: The room was far from clean, with visible dirt and stains on the furniture and bedding. The overall hygiene left much to be desired, making it hard to feel comfortable during the stay. Washroom Condition: The washroom was in an even worse state. The fixtures were outdated, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. It was clear that minimal effort had been put into its upkeep, which was very disappointing. Services: The service was equally poor, with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Requests for basic amenities took far too long to be addressed, if at all. Value for Money: Considering the condition of the room and the level of service provided, this stay was certainly not worth the money charged. The "deluxe" label was misleading, and the overall experience did not justify the high price. Location: The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated and offers beautiful surroundings, which was a pleasant surprise amidst an otherwise disappointing experience.

Although the place has its own private beach, the amenities provided are bare minimum. Charged 1.5 times the deluxe room price for 3 people, and provided us with a dirty mattress without a cot, that too only after our request for an extra mattress. No proper toiletries (no mug, no soaps) Not a pleasant stay. Will not recommend.

Higher category rooms r good and newly constructed. Restaurant is functional with limited staffs. It's truly on a fantastic part of the beach (Vijaynagar). Within few hundred meters one will get lots of good restaurant. There is good Bengali restaurant (name itself is Bengali Restaurant). They provide freshly cooked good Bengali daishes. That might be a good attraction for Bengali tourists to stay here.

Priced like a 5 star, rooms like a brothel. Nothing was provided by default and we had to ask for pretty much everything. There was no water in the tap, had to even ask for that in addition to clean glasses and drinking water. Towels, sheets, etc were not clean and torn. Washroom even after cleaning was dirty.

Worst stay I have ever had. Very dirty rooms , mattresses and also pillow covers stained. It stink and looked like there were parts of gutka on them. The bathroom had horrible hygiene. The room service needs to be improved.

Rooms are dirty and filthy. Bathrooms are dirty too. Is very over priced. Very poor service. The only positive things is its location near beach. However, there are several other hotels nearby with better amenities and with better pricing.

Very poor experience with this hotel. This hotel spoil our trip with poor services. No staff is active, old and tear towel, broken crockery dirty bucket and mug, dirty bathroom, just spoid our mood. No one is worry to solve problems. Providing insufficient food, if you ask for extra food, it should be paid. Very horrible experience with Green valley resort. Very bad,
