New Gold India Beach Resort

Not even worth 1 star -- absolutely terrible experience If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disaster. The washroom was extremely smelly and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The room itself was in terrible condition... dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the price they charge. The staff were completely unresponsive and didn't care at all when I raised my concerns. As for the food, it was so oily and badly prepared that it was barely edible. I ended up eating elsewhere after one miserable attempt. Overall, this hotel is a waste of money and time. Stay away unless you're okay with discomfort, poor hygiene, and terrible service.

Great environment, beach side property. Food quality is superb (tried boofey morning and night). Very timely people and staffs are friendly. You can spend lonely time in beach side in the property and outside there is a small stall for tea coffee and necessities.

Royal crown Beach resort now name are changed as Gold India beach resort. with this resort our experience is very bad. our tour operator book 4 rooms for us, when we reach there they gave 2 rooms and said that after vacating and cleaning will give you. every 15 min same thing they told us. but his reception person giving rooms to others. we went for sightseen that time they told us evening we will allot you remaining 2 room , when we came back same reception person inform us arrogantly all rooms are full will give mattress you adjust in your room. this is not happen with us some more family also having same problem on that time only. they took over booking last moments they unable to give rooms. if we say some thing 4-5 people together is coming to fight us. this hotels receptions person don't know how to speak the guest he is continues arrogantly speaking . as hotel location is good near to beach but room service is worst than other hotel . our AC is not working I and My family inform so many time but cant attended. even we say please clean the room they did not. check out time there person came to our room and say that your tour operator was not paid full amount, you pay reaming amount they hold our checkout, same I inform to our operator he inform me that (he always doing same thing. it is understood with me and hotel management he cant stop your check out.) this hotel food is very spicy , children can not eat. thank you.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the second time in two years, and once again, we were impressed by the stunning views it offers at such a reasonable price. The scenery is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our visit. While the hospitality provided by the staff was generally satisfactory, it's important to keep in mind that since the resort is located in a remote area, certain amenities and services may not be as readily available as one would find in a metropolitan setting. This is something to consider if you're dependent on specific facilities or services during your stay. Despite this minor drawback, we found the resort to be a great choice overall. The accommodations are comfortable, and the surrounding nature adds to the relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to returning again in the future.

This resort doesnt worth enough to get even single star... Myself & family members reached the gold india beach resort by 8.00 clock, our tour operator booked 2 rooms, but they asked me to wait in lobby for 1 hour after that they gave me one room only with poor amenities. When we came back in evening we were given one more room in which Ac was not working, hot water was not available for bathing in both the rooms, TV was not working in both the rooms. No proper response from reception Very worst behavior, by staffs, only the resort in beach side view. Don't expect anything more.

This is one of the pathetic hotel I would said, rooms are very much dirty, smelly rooms , bed sheet was torn, AC was not working, no Wi-Fi facilities, Bath tub was there but broken and very unhygienic, staff was not at all supportive, worth of money spending on this hotel. My check-in timing was 11am I got key by 1pm and got water in room by 2:30 after calling them multiple time. I checkout the same day as it was not possible to stay in unhygienic room and environment. Property is very good in look from outside but rooms and service are worst.

The best thing about Gold India Beach Resort has direct access to a beautiful beach. The view and serene beach is truly mesmerizing, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, with the AC, geyser, and Wi-Fi not functioning during our stay. The lack of maintenance was evident, and it made the stay uncomfortable. It needs an immediate renovation for sure. Service was below average, with staff being unresponsive and unhelpful. The food quality was terrible, and dining here was far from a pleasant experience. While the location is fantastic, the resort needs significant improvements in its facilities and service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

Hotel was very good. The cottage behind the wooden property was charming. I often book these cottage for my groups. This is a beach resort. Everything was perfect. Come visit this property you'll find a very well memories.
