El Dorado Beach Resort

It's a beautiful resort with clean and big rooms. There is a private beach for the tourists which is so beautiful. It's a great option to choose with family. There are variety of rooms based on the criteria like deluxe, semi deluxe or normal. Beautiful environment and good maintenance. The beach area is beautiful in the evening with lights and decoration. Loved the experience here!

Pros: The location is great. You get access to a private rocky beach. The property is easily accessible even for elder people. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner is included. We took two suites and they were spacious. Cons: The suites were not maintained properly. Inside door handle was broken, restroom didn't have hand soap and mug. The fan was not working properly. The room service was often slow. Our luggages were not delivered to our room in time. Lunch and dinner were mostly Bengali food, which was great for us but might not be great for people visiting from other parts of the world. Overall: It is a great place with a lot of potential. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The property needs more love and care and regular maintenance.

The rooms are good specially bathroom is very big. But only problem we faced is flush is not working properly. The food is average. Not much rotation in breakfast items every day. The best part of this resort is its location and campus. The resort looks very pretty. Lot of space to walk around. It overlooks a small private beach which has amazing view of the ocean. There is ample seating space. At night, one can get peaceful view of the moon lit sky above the ocean.

One of the wort resort I have seen. All lights in this resort will be switched off by 9pm itself, so you cant got out and enjoy the resort after 9pm, as it is completely dark. Also the receptionist is very rude, and they will never pick up your call, so if you need something you need to walk your way to the reception and get things done. No toiletries provided except 1 soap per room for any number of days you stay, its their policy that they have. WiFi only available around reception area. The private beach they have at their property is not at all usable as it is full of coral, its beautiful though, but you cannot go into water and play around. All in all a very shady resort, with below average services, avoid this resort if you can. There are other good resorts near this resort.

Situated at the main road, the location is fantastic with a beautiful beach view. The rooms we booked were spacious and neat. No complaints on rooms n quality. But when it comes to service it is poor, and I can understand that it comes out of a shortage of labour. But for guests it's not a matter they need to employ people to accommodate it . Food is also not great. Best thing is property and views.

Very bad service and rooms, don't book this hotel, the amount they charge by putting fake advertisements and that too very high amount we booked premium rooms and service we got from here is that of a dhaba A genuine review no offence still if somebody likes to waste money they can. Or if someone is comfortable to stay in an unhygienic property and has huge money they can book here otherwise seriously not recommended. Ranveer the restaurant manager is very rud And spending 9000 for a single night the front office manager is eating Gutka in front of guests. And I don't know who is owner but it is really a disgusting property.
