Sun Beach Resort

Great location. The beach is right in front of the property. You can drink and eat watching the sunset. Best time to visit is during the sunset, also make sure you come in early if you want to have a seat on the deck. Highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience at Sun Beach Resort, Uttan--a peaceful, sea-facing family retreat perfect for get-togethers and holidays. The beach view is stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Great food, friendly staff, a pool, basketball court, and ample open space make it a must-visit!

Would not recommend at all if you are going with family (especially kids). Staff is extremely rude. AC in the room wasn't working and they made our guests wait for hours. Poor room service. The only thing which was good was the beach view.

Extremely disappointing experience! The customer service representative provided false pricing information, resulting in overcharging. The representative seemed uneducated, rude, and uninterested in helping. Major Issues: 1. Inaccurate pricing 2. Overcharging 3. Rudeness 4. Lack of interest in customer service Recommendation: Avoid this business altogether. The poor customer service and lack of professionalism are not worth the risk. Advice: The company needs to revamp its customer service training and prioritize providing accurate information and respectful interactions.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. We called in a day prior to confirm if a booking needs to be made and the hotel staff told us that we can walk in since it won't be a busy hour. Post arrival we were told that there are no rooms available and were asked to leave. The receptionist was extremely rude and not empathizing at all. The only positive about the place is the view. One can skip this place the service isn't worth paying for.

Great Location for a Picnic with a comfortable stay, good food options and right at the beach. Plenty of safe place for parking available.

Location is the plus point , a private beach , breezy feel.a perfect gateway from city chaos .but no rides for kids.food options are limited too .overall nice

Good location. Huge area . Walk on the beach or just sit on a "machan" and enjoy the cool breeze and view. Good tasty food, not oily at all. Dining hall spotlessly clean. Great place for one day picnic. Not far from Mumbai. Ideal for senior citizens. We had gone in a group in January. Highly recommended.
