WH Lharisa Resort

It was a wonderful stay at Lha-ri-sa Resort. We had taken 2 Tree House for 4 of us. Mr Norbu, the wonderful person that he is, had arranged a 8-nights package for us which covered 2 nights at Nubra Valley (Hunder Resort) and one night at Pangong (Pangong Vista Resort). The Itinerary decided by Mr Norbu was very well phased out and covered most of the tourist attractions. Lha-ri-sa Resort is not just beautiful, nestled between Poplar/Willow/Apricot Trees (incl few Apple Trees, ofcourse), but also a spic & span property with Clean & Fresh Linen, 24 hrs hot & cold water, a very polite and helpful staff and a serene and natural ambience (as opposed to artificial/modern look). The room's heating system is extremely good and you will never feel that you are staying at such low temperatures. You will need to switch off the heating after few hours and the comfort will stay for few more hours later. The package also included a very well maintained Innova Car for our entire stay and with a very well-behaved and knowlegeable Driver/Owner ( Mr Thupstan-8082800330) who turned out to be a very good guide too.||Mr Norbu (7051285750) has been so nice and helpful that we did not need to worry about anything. We also met the owner of the property Mr Tashi (Mr Tashi Motup Kau - 9818281103/9419177425) who is a perfect gentleman and wonderful to talk to.||We stayed from 27th April to 5th May which period also witnessed some fear & tension amongst few due to the Pahalgam tragedy. In fact, people still feel that Ladakh is a part of Kashmir although it is now a separate Union Territory. We found the place absolutely safe and peaceful, as always.||It was, indeed, a splendid and memorable holiday and Lha-ri-sa was more than the Value for money.||Debashish Sengupta, Kolkata.

Love this place, AMAZING hospitality. The staff were gentle, kind and accommodating as ever. Conveniently located 15 minutes away from the airport, the ride here was an ease. The rooms are quite nice too, they're spacious, comfortable and warm. As for the food, I can tell they were made with care, the chef frequently asks for suggestions on improvement so the food tastes good. Overall a lovely place, would recommend!

Recently we stated in the Welcome Heritage Larisah Leh. It was very pleasant experience. Checking in was easy and effortless. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was tasty, and had a options available. Breakfast had a bowl of fruits with apples from their own yard. Dinner was equally good. |The hotel is just 2 kms from the airport and the tourist attractions like shanty stupa and leh market are less than 3 kms away. Check out was equally easy and effortless. We met the owner of the resort a very affable person. Mr. norbu general manager was always there to help out. He had arranged the entire package for our ladak trip. Our stays in Hunder and Pangong were also arranged by him only. |We had asked for a campfire at pangong cottage and he had passed on our message to the pangong cottage management and they had done it. On the last day the Larisah provided us with packed lunch also. |Overall we had a very pleasant experience with welcome heritage larisah leh and certainly would recommend it.

The rooms at the resort were well prepared. Further, the food served at the dining room was really enjoyable. Finally, the hospitality extended by the team was truly appreciable. Overall, I would whole heartedly recommend the resort and associated travel packages.

The staff at Lha ri sa were exceptional. Their choice of breakfast and dinner is very widespread and tasty. I stayed in 2 types of room and one was a tree house. Both the rooms were very comfortable. The tree house experience was very good. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big and the water was hot which was very much needed in April. The manager and the owner were very courteous and made sure our stay and day excursions were well planned and comfortable.

I had stayed in ladak for 11 days and my complete itinerary was managed by Tashiji(owner of lha ri sa resort) and his manager Mr Norbu. There were last minute cancelation and rebooking in my hotel bookings because my daughter's health deteriorated at Nubra valley. But thanks to Norbuji, he managed everything for us. |Regarding the hotel, it is just 2kms from the airport and leh bazar is also very near. Rooms are spacious with balconies on both sides. We stayed in delux rooms and had balconies on both sides of the rooms. Bathroom was also very spacious. Food was very good and tasty. I strongly recommend this place for stay. 5 star from my side.|

We stayed at Lah Ri Sa Resort Leh in 2nd week of July 24 ( 02 Rooms for 04Nights- Tree House Accommodation). Few positive feedback:|1) We've done sufficient study before zero down this hotel- location, feedback on Tripadvisor & MMT, Package & proactive approach of Hotel management to provide services- must say Mr Norbu- Manager is warm, caring & responsive to provide all support prior to check-in & during stay. |2) Lah Ri Sa Hotel has marketing tie up with Welcome Heritage but the Hotel is well managed by Owner himself, their Manager & Team...( I will prefer to recommend this Hotel to my family and friends. |3) The location is serene, lot of greenery around, well maintained Rooms ( we stayed in Tree House which was unique experience. |4) Staff are simple & dedicated, mostly from north side. Food was quite homely & well balanced. Mr Norbu has accommodated our special request of food while my wife was unwell. |5) The has arranged the complete package of 5 day travel, stay at Nubra Valley & dedicated Innova car- everything was well planned & monitored. Considering we are seniors, on request they have provided oxygen cylinder during our travel|Best Wishes to the Management & staff to run this small boutique Hotel with quality services at decent price point

We had an incredible stay at Lha Risa in Leh! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt like a home away from home. The traditional Ladakhi architecture added so much charm to the experience. The owner, Tashi Motup, and the property manager, Norboo, were exceptionally helpful and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. They helped us plan our entire 7-day itinerary in Ladakh, providing valuable insights and ensuring we were well-prepared for each day's adventure. Their attention to detail and care for our comfort were evident in everything they did, from arranging a car and driver for our entire stay to assisting us when our luggage was delayed in Delhi. The food at Lha Risa was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious North Indian meals and looked forward to the refreshing berry juice served at every meal. The highlight of our trip was the authentic Ladakhi dinner at Tashi uncle's house--a truly unforgettable experience that gave us a taste of the local culture. The entire team at Lha Risa went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive, and they always had fantastic suggestions for places to visit and things to do. We cannot recommend Lha Risa highly enough for anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. It truly is a gem in Leh, and we look forward to returning someday!
