Everything is excellent here! But the best thing about this place was the hospitality. Everyone working here was so polite. Everyday, they made sure if we were having a good stay or not! They made sure that we didn't had any complaints. The rooms were big and the ambience was so good. +( free wifi (great speed)) All our demands were fulfilled within seconds.

I stayed at here for three days during the acclimatization period of my Trek. The place is comfortable and the staff is very warm, efficient and quick. It resounds with a cozy feeling. Do try their Honey Ginger Lemon Tea and Maggi!

A great pocket friendly place to stay in leh City. It is 1km from leh market. The rooms are very clean and spacious with attatched balconies. Amazing hospitality. Owner Vikram is very friendly and nice and went out of the way to help us make our stay comfortable. The entire staff is good.Outdoor seating area is very good for enjoying in the evening

We stayed at Shuma Villa for 3 nights (6-8th Jan 2020) . We were there for chadar trek and we had a comfortable stay there.. the support staff (cook, receptionist) is very nice and hospitable. In fact, they are the most charming people, forever smiling and always ready to help.you out.

This was our first time in ladakh and I stayed here in this place for 4 days and we had a great time. Food was awesome similar to homemade food. Owner Vikram is a gem of a person . If you are visiting Leh and looking for a good place to stay with affordable prices this is the one

Don't think twice just book this hotel for a feel good stay at Leh. I stayed here for almost 10 days during my trip, this is the best place in Leh for good lone time or with family. Their rooms are so cosy, authentic ladakhi home with beautiful garden and most importantly friendly staff who provide the bestest service. This feels like a home. Anytime I'm in Leh I would go no where but here. Time spent in this place is also one of my best memories treasured.
