Great location, close to leh market. Good alacarte food. Had nice garlic chicken and laccha paratha. Manager Jeet sharma is nice soft spoken and helpful. Just started 2 days before after 6months of vacation so had some teething issues in supply of toiletries but else was okay.

A descent hotel with very cooperative staff. And great sense of hospitality with smile.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the Roya Holiday Hotel. Even though it was a little bit over our budget, we decided to stay there for a couple of nights because at first glance it looked like it is worth our money. The only thing that we required where hot water - it didn't mattered for us if its via a room installed boiler or a larger general boiler, we wanted to have a hot shower after our long journey to Leh. The guy at the reception said that there is hot water throughout the day using solar panels and at night we need to ask them to turn on the boiler for us, and it sounded great. At the afternoon we wanted to take a shower, and since there was still daylight - we thought that we will have water. The water was freezing - as if those "solar panels" have never worked. We tried for half an hour to explain to the guys at the hotel that we need hot water, and even though there was a language barrier we didn't mind. Eventually one of the guys opened the faucet and said "Here, hot water" and the water was once again freezing. So we asked them multiple times to turn on the boiler and they had no clue what are we talking about. Until the manager (the guy from reception) told me on the phone that there is no boiler, never was and that they can bring us a bucket with hot water. Now, I don't mind to shower with cold water, I don't mind doing a hot bucket shower - but when I realized that our host is a lier I walked and left. Even though we were at the hotel for about 8 hours, they wanted full price for those 8 hours - 1,500 rupees and the general manager of the hotel, that lives in Delhi, didn't even mind talking to us. These hotel is ran by a bunch of lying folks that admitted to us once we left that they are instructed to lie to guests. Horrible. Shame on you guys.

Avoid Staying here! Bad Experience. Surprisingly this was make my trip recommended hotel. Rooms were not cleaned, There were food leftovers pushed under the rug, Bedsheets has stains on it, comforter had stains on it. Bathroom was not cleaned, extremely dirty. No face towels available, No bathroom slippers, One soap for everything. NO WIFI network available. Staff was very rude, even Manager did not seen concerned. The stay here will ruin your trip. Breakfast was bad too. Not even available on time. We had our connecting flight and the breakfast timing was 8 am and it was not even ready till 8.30 am. Staff were not even SORRY about anything here. Make my trip is not even responding or addressing any of this issue. Please avoid! There are very good Hotels nearby with basic amenities which we had on our couple days of trip start customized by us. This was suggested by Make my trip on our last day of the trip or else it would had been a disaster experience.

The major market is relatively close to the hotel. The owner and staff were very welcoming to customers. Rooms were spacious and well-kept. Excellent service and cuisine. Total return on investment My stay here was the greatest I've ever had.The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious.The rooms are spacious and well-kept.I must advise you to stay there if you ever travel to Leh.

One of the top hotel I've ever been to. I travelled there with some companions and stayed in one of their tree houses; the location of our room was ideal. The service was outstanding, and the accommodations were really nice and cosy. It was a relief to walk in such a quiet and tranquil setting, and the view was stunning. Of course, you would also adore the delectable food they offer.The chefs, kitchen managers, room service workers, and receptionists all go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Particularly, he is incredibly hospitable and engaging with all of his guests. You would feel at home with him. Thank you for helping to make our stay more relaxing and pleasant. Excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I would like to come back here again and again.

During our trip to Leh-Ladakh, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel is neat and clean. It is in a walkable distance from main market and in a peaceful location. The hospitality of staff is good and attentiveness, caring, suggestions by Sh. Jeet Sharma(Manager) are the best. He attends any quarries and problems immediately. They served a tasty tea on our arrival and quality of food was also good. The wifi is available in hotel and there was no problem for us to attend the video conferences during the stay period. To summarise, It was a nice value for our precious money.

Good service, nice rooms, and kind employees. excellent cuisine. It's a little distance from the main market. Overall, if you're on a budget, good value. I advise staying somewhere nice with decent food and service. The staff is also quite kind and conducts themselves professionally. I want to express my gratitude to manager & all staffs. Once more, thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. As a hotelier, I would highly recommend you. Well done.
