He is also very polite and friendly and also shared some amazing experiences. Chef - Mr Tarun. He really cooks delicious food. I would recommend everyone to stay here and their hospitality.

The Hospitality & Staff: From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the kindest smiles and most welcoming hearts. A huge heartfelt thank you to Pawan Sharma and Sumit Sharma - your hospitality was impeccable, and your genuine warmth added a personal touch that made me feel truly cared for. You both go above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Your presence made my stay ten times better. Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and professional. The way the team works together with such harmony and grace shows how well-managed and thoughtful this retreat truly is. Food & Dining: Delicious, comforting, and wholesome - the food was a highlight of my stay. Every meal felt like it was prepared with love. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors perfect, and the service quick and kind. Whether it was traditional Ladakhi dishes or simple comfort food, everything was spot on. Compliments to the chefs and kitchen team for making every bite a joy! Room & Cleanliness: The rooms were cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful vibe of the room, the fresh linens, and the little thoughtful touches made it all so comfortable. Big appreciation to the housekeeping staff - you all did a wonderful job each day without fail. Room Service: Quick, efficient, and always accompanied by a smile. I never had to wait long or repeat myself - everything I needed was attended to instantly and with such care. The Ambience: Utpala Retreat radiates peace and calm. With the stunning backdrop of Leh's mountains and the spiritual vibe of the retreat, it felt like the perfect place to relax, reflect, and recharge. Rooms are really good and clean. You'll get hot water 24*7 which is very important in Ladakh. Staff are very friendly. Food is on a whole different level. Different cuisines everyday. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

Mr Pawan and Sumit are very polite and friendly. Their service is fabulous. We recommend all to stay here and enjoy their hospitality. Mr Tarun(Chef) cooks very delicious food.

Amazing stay at Utpala Retreat! Stunning views of snow-capped mountains from the front facing room, Shanti stupa view from side rooms, clean rooms, tasty food, and exceptionally cooperative manager with very polite staff. Highly recommended to stay here.

Our stay and experience in Utpala Retreat Leh was absolutely fantastic. The highlight of the stay was excellent food coupled with friendly and humble services at the hotel. Pavan Sharma (Hotel Manager) and also Sumit Sharma provided us with the memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for family as well as friends visiting Ladakh. Best hospitality for our stay in leh. Sumit and ajit were so warm hosts and tried the best to crater our needs. Suggested the best time and better ways to acclimate to leh climate. Also their food for breakfast and dinner is the good homely comforting food. I would recommend having vegetarian food. Try maggie here as they put lot vegetables and if you are like me no tomatoes and no onion just go for it. However their veg food was the best.
