Hotel The Palace Ladakh

Sabbir Bhai have been very cooperative and supportive in planning our trip. He catered to my preferences while helping me plan my itenary. Thank you Sabbir Bhai for the gift as a token of remembrance. Sharma Ji also needs a special mention for his efforts to make sure we have our takeaway for breakfast and rooms ready on our arrival on and off to the hotel. The Hotel is well maintained in all aspect, size, cleanliness,food. Also special thanks to Rigzin Bhai our cab driver who was responsible for our safe trip for the entire 6 days road trip. Our trip was a pleasant one due to these people. Thank you.

Our stay in Aug 2024 for 4 days at the Hotel The Palace Ladakh was excellent and more comfortable. Being the Senior Citizen couple went to Leh Ladakh Tour through well known Tour Company - Isha Tours, Thane, Maharashtra, the courteous treat by the Hotel Owner and Hotel Staff especially the Manager Shri. Sharma Ji who seems to be a fatherly figure and caring in nature. We felt like we are at our home. The soft spoken nature of the staff has fascinated us. Food was too delicious. Room service, cleanliness, use of glacier water etc services are awesome. Location of the Hotel is at prominent place near to Leh Market with sufficient parking area. Hotel Building looks like antique monument...

Overall the experience at Ladakh hotel was good. I found that these are the items they can improve a lot- 1. Internet connectivity - this being a 3 star hotel I expect no issues with internet, but this was the place we faced a lot of issues even though we went to the remote places in Ladakh and even there the signal was amazing. So, surely they can afford a better service for their internet. 2. The meal prices are charged too high- the food is good but not great for the prices to be that high. 3. The rooms would need a better maintenance with the beds and bedsheets, they need to be clean. As we had bought our own, it did not matter to us but for other guests it needs to be clean for a 3-star hotel. 4. Bathroom had issues for the shower head, as there are many shower heads. I expect for atleast one shower head to work, I do not care about other shower heads. The toilet seat was loose, so that needs to be fixed as well. Overall its an average hotel for me, and not necessarily a 3-star hotel.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. Shabbir Ahmed was extremely helpful with all the requirements and the entire staff was very very courteous and willing to help. Including information about the town, sightseeing spots, arranging can etc. The rooms were clean and good, food was good, and the service simply marvellous.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Palace. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the rooms were lovely. The food was delicious, and they tailored it perfectly to our taste. A special shoutout to Sharma ji for securing us beautiful, mountain-facing rooms with a balcony. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here on our both this year and last year's trip. Very friendly and welcoming team. The owner, manager and the rest of the staff will make you feel at home. Clean and spacious room. Approx 7 mins walking distance from the market. 10 mins walking distance from The Tibetan Kitchen. 5 mins away from the petrol pump. We will visit soon :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The kind and helpful people at the hotel were a blessing, as they assisted us promptly when we faced medical issues during our stay. The rooms were immaculately clean, and we were treated to breathtaking sunset views every evening. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, providing a warm and caring environment, along with stunning room views. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

The Hotel Palace is ideally located 5 min from the Main Market and 15 min from the Leh Palace. It has a beautiful ambience and an amazing spread of food for breakfast and dinner. Mr. Sharma ji is very welcoming and "one stop solution". He along with other staff smilingly took care of us. All were at their toes to serve you - from a cup of tea anytime to food and other things. The experience at the palace was a peaceful and relaxing one as we stayed for a longer span of 10 days . Would definitely recommend it for its quality service. The window view from its Deluxe Room is indeed mesmerizing. Kudos to the owner Shabeer too..
