Hotel Leh Plaza

Most pathetic hotel of Leh. No hot water, TV and electicity at all. There TV remote doesnt work at all. Hotel looks big in size but also much bigger in providing pathetic service. Even if the water is provided its all muddy and filled with dirt. I suggest everyone to spend extra and stay at a bettee hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights (due to flight cancellation) and the manager (Hitesh) keep pushing me to book the other night directly through them which turns out to be more expensive than online provider (expedia) and when I booked it through expedia with a mistake of one person accupancy instead of 2, he charged me extra money with no courtesy as I had similar situation with different hotel (gyalpo) and never charged me extra and believed in customer satisfaction rather than charging them for everything. Hitesh (manager at reception) is utterly disgusting personality since he have no sense on how to treat customers with courtesy. Even at the last day he charged us for water bottle saying that on checkout bottle are not free. I am a international traveller and have travelled to many countries but this kind of behaviour is execptionally worst. If you behave rude and ask money for every small things. Hitesh even quoted me 2000rs for oxygen cyclinder, which other staff quoted me for 1000rs. This is how his thought process to make money personally from the customer. I felt like I am talking to a shopkeeper in main market who throws rate at the customer with the intention of looting them. Hotel management should really consider educating their staff on how to greet and treat their customer and not with the intention of charging customer for every penny things. If these things continue for a long time, I bet you will be out of business very soon.

The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, and the view of the mountains from the front is amazing. The food they serve is really good, though you might find it a bit bland on the first day. I think this could be a side effect of the acclimatization process, as we all experienced this. However, on subsequent days, the food tasted great.

We availed an opportunity to have a dinner at this Hotel. The Hotel is in a lane. The food was awesome. The property looks inviting. The management did not permit to have a look at their kitchen. This opaqueness places a question mark on the hygiene issues in kitchen.

We received a nice hospitality . Food and all arrangements for perfectly planned and nice executed. All people in the hotel Leh Plaza are and generous enough. I wish them all success in life and wish them all stay safe and peacefully. Kalyani

Wonderful reception.Nice team/people. Quick services. Rooms are neat , tidy and comfortable.Overall ambience excellent! I would recommend others to experience Leh plaza once atleast. My experience of on line booking and response from the Leh Plaza side and their suggestions/ guidance for Leh-Ladakh tour was also excellent! Transport arrangement was good and the driver was also very cooperative.

Very nice and comfortable, clean accommodation near by Leh market, nice hotel ambiance 4. On time airport pick up, implemented the tour as planned, special thanks to Jaffar (driver) who was very polite, punctual and easy going person. 5. Food was very delicious , whole staff were very polite and supportive.

Far too many restrictions in their hotel. I felt like I was in a hostel not a hotel. Two of my friends came to meet me and they told us that my guest had to leave within 15 min. We checked out of the hotel within a few hours inspite we didn't receive a full refund

Good place to stay at Leh. Close to Leh main market. Check in was quick, although the room heater was not functional and wifi had trouble, but overall a good stay.
