Hotel Antelope

Hotel Antelope Leh is situated at a nice location but has pathatic management. Rooms are not clean, towels were dirty, furniture and carpet were dusty. You cannot walk barefoot. Food standard was worst. Dinner started at 8.30pm and entire food was cold. Owner was not ready to accept and sited cold whether reason for it, though it was May. In the morning we checked out at 5.30am and he charged for morning tea also, though breakfast was included in cost. Reason sited was that you cannot walk barefoot have breakfast at 8am, but tea at 5.30 is chargeable.Owner is rude and not ready to listen shortcomings and is happy for his tie up with 'Make My Trip' as later will source customers for him. My advise not to get in trap of Make My Trip or this hotel in Leh.

Worst ever experience to stay here for three nights since this property is in partnership with make my trip for the reasons best known to officials of MMT...why they have association with it . Dirty rooms , dirty towels, dirty water they offer which force you to purchase water bottles from them, horrible food which one can't eat, rude behaviour of Mr Zubair who always defends himself and never ready to listen even any suggestions to improve.In short it was like a punishment to stay here.....

Very good hotel to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to accomodate any requests. The hotel is just at the base of the Shanti Stupa and you can get an amazing view of the Stupa. The location is away from the market and nice and quite. Cabs are easily available and the hotel will arrange one if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I travelled along with my wife and kid in June'22. The property is a well manitained basic property in outskirts of Leh. The beautiful Shanti Stupa is clearly visible from rooms and just 5 minutes by road. There is a small buddha temple just across the main gate. It was a memorable stay. The Manager Mr. Zubair is a very friendly person and takes good care of all guests. ||Note: They do arrange emergency O2 cylinders in case of requirements

This hotel provides has spacious rooms, good scenery from the balcony and decent food. The manager and staffs are very friendly. Only negative point is that the upper floor rooms are very chill during nights. We visited on 12th May and the climate was very chill. So it was difficult to get good sleep without heater. When we put this suggestion, the manager informed that it's against the law there to equip with heaters in the room. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and Shanti stupa is very near by .I would rate this 4 out of 5.

Nice place to stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Good spacious rooms with balcony to enjoy the sub in the morning. Beautiful view from the balconies. Food is average but stuffed paranthas are yummy.

Stayed at The Antelope for 3 days. Mr. Zubair the owner is one of the best hosts we met in Leh. Knowledgeable and jouval.||The rooms are clean, the staff well trained. Overall the same Xperia nce of a laid back holiday.||The property is just outside the Shanti Stupa, with a beautiful courtyard and traditional Buddhist architecture.||Great stay. Complements to Zubair Bhai foraking this a great trip

Small rooms, dirty bedding, linen, towels. No toiletries, no hot water in chilling winters, no central heating. Poor quality food, same repetitive menu every day, just one staff, poor service. No iron board, coddee Rude owner. Only good thing is location closer to shanti stupa. Make my trip fooling tourists by selling this hotel under deluxe category. Many good hotels in close vicinity of this place like - zypher, Casa Galwan. Tourists should book these hotels and avoid antelope like plague
