Hotel The Residency

I stayed at this property during our family vacation trip to Kashmir during 12th to 15th April and also during 17th to 19th April. The property is conveniently located on Residency road adjacent to the Polo view market and 5 min. walk to Lal chowk market. The check in was smooth during our first phase of stay. The triple bed executive room was good and properly cleaned. The housekeeping staff were easily approachable & provided a prompt service. Overall a comfortable stay and at a reasonable price. However as an improvement & suggestion to the Hotel administration, the front desk staff can be given training on guest treatment & welcoming process. During the second phase of our stay, the check in was not smooth at all with a lot of confusion. The front desk staff is supposed to resolve all the queries and guest issues promptly instead of creating a sense of discomfort to the guest. Overall a good property with neat & clean ambience and strategic location.

Location of hotel is good but totally loot hai waha. Receptionist of hotel was cheater . we stayed there with 4 family and two kids age was more than 5 (5.5 and 6 yr) they told 1500 extra paise lagenge at the time of checkin but letter they ask 2000 extra and they clearly denied what they told. Receptionist behaviour was very bad. food quality was very poor, uncooked rise. we stayed there for 3 night and all day breakfast they served same food. food quality was very poor. we told manager also but no improved.

I had a wonderful time at The Residency, Srinagar! The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with great views and easy access to the city. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

It's an average hotel with average service it's like you get what you pay for I think it's still good with the budget friendly price

This elegant hotel is located just adjacent to the banks of River Jhelum in the heart of city Lalchowk having great ambience. Dal lake is just at a walking distance and so are the other major shopping malls. One could thoroughly enjoy thrifting on sunday in India's largest thrifting Sunday market. The rooms are neat and clean with cooperative staff. You get great dining options besides other requisite things at your disposal. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, safe, memorable and enjoyable stay.

Hote the regency is so beautiful and the staff is cooperative especially Mr burhan Kumar ,Irshad pathan,mandir muneeb Yaqoob are very humble and down to earth I suggest to everyone stay here

Worst experience. The wifi is not working, service was not good at all. It is not worth 8000rs . Very low quality. It is in a complex. I will suggest not to go here and waste your time

At The Residency Hotel , we had a pleasant stay - all friends . 12 ppl in all . The rooms were cleaned on daily basis - we stay for 6 days . The toilets were well kept . Breakfast was just nice with hot made omelets... poori , Bhajji, and upuma. And tea at your request . Juices too . Dinner was hot and special special mention on the owner - and the team of workers - front office manager Sana were all like family in finding my lost Apple iPhone . Finally thru their cc-tv cam they got it for me in a matter of less than an hour after I complained!That again made 1 of the Happiest moment in my life . Thank you sir and ur team for the effort u took . Please keep it up and stay blessed . Thank you .
