Super Hotel O Maa Residency

Stayed at this hotel near Jammu Railway Station, about a 15-minute auto ride costing 150. My biggest issue? The pictures on their profile are completely misleading! The actual condition of the hotel was a huge shock compared to what was shown online. That said, for a short stay of about 4 hours, the experience was okay. The room and washroom were clean, the service was quick, and the food we ordered was surprisingly good. If you're looking for a brief stopover, it's manageable--but don't expect the luxury the pictures suggest.

Very bad experience. Please dont go with pictures. Very poor service. Unhygenic washroom. The worst part was .. I went with family and faced a lot of embarrassment. The hotel staff does not understand at all and try to justify everything and does not accept their fault. Maa residency is termed as hotel but the service is of hostel type. 1. They dont properly bleach wash their pillow covers, mattress. 2. No water bottles provided (even after charging a decent hotel amount). I would recommend to prefer other hotels at the same price.

Satisfactory room size. Blankets and bed lenin is old . For the rate of 1200 it's good. Near the Jammu bus stand. Food is good. The reception area is well maintained. Lift and parking facility not available. Government multilevel parking near bus stand. Raghunath temple at walkable distance. Market place for kashmiri shawl and sweaters is nearby.

Image are not same as the rooms condition. Property is in poor condition. Service is also not that good. overall, not worth the price

Don't trust oyo booking. Before booking please check the room. And service Quality

So bad experience. The images in google and OYO seem fake. Bed sheet with stains, AC not working, heater in bathroom not working, got wet bath towels

So bad quality hotel price is too high but as per pics rooms are totally different smells bad so dirty bed and washrooms waste of money don't go

ALERT - leaking taps, smelly rooms , no ventilation , suffocation in the room , dirty carpets. Not worth paying whatever we have paid
