Super OYO Flagship 43145 Mayaban Resort

We hosted my sister's wedding at this venue on 20th feb 2025 and while the location and food were excellent, the management and service were absolutely unacceptable. Pros: Beautiful Location - One of the best in the city. Great Food - The restaurant serves excellent dishes. Cons: Unprofessional Management - Initially, the hotel manager and Protik Da were polite, but as the wedding date approached, their behavior changed drastically. Their attitude was rude, and they did not honor prior commitments. Misleading Promises & Poor Service - They had promised to provide a couple of rooms a day before the wedding for decoration checks, initially saying it would be free but later charging us (which was not the issue, but their attitude was). On the wedding day, they delayed room keys for our guests, making them wait outside for 3-4 hours in the lawn. Severe Lack of Basic Amenities - * Only two water bottles per room on the wedding day. * Insufficient mosquito repellents (only 8 All-Outs for 14 rooms and 2 halls, and those were nearly empty). * No towels or adequate slippers were provided. * Unclean washrooms, and when we requested cleaning, we were told all staff were on leave. Rude and Uncaring Staff - We had to beg for basic services, and the manager just sat in the restaurant, uninterested. Despite booking the entire resort, we were treated poorly. All our guests were traumatized by the experience. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

I am a great fan of Mayabon. Its environment, scenic beauty as well as the service of the members of the resort are very good. Food quality is just awesome. Its like a paradise to me

The location is great just beside the highway. Staff was excellent, food quality was great. I have stayed there in 2024 and 2023 for 1 night each time. Each and every time they surprised me with the quality and response.. Wonderful. The resort has a great swimming pool too and has a charging point for EV vehicles ( a nice facility to provide). Overall this is a place worth your time.

We have been staying in this hotel for the last 6-7 years during our many trips to N Bengal and what I observed that day by day their hospitality and property conditions are getting worse. This time we were with family and our families were very disheartened. We had to literally find the manager to order for breakfast and in breakfast there's a whole different story. Please maintain hygiene guys.

Outstanding service & experience.. It's a wonderful place to have fun & enjoyment.. We enjoyed a lot.. The foods were also very tasty & healthy

We were returning from North Bengal from a road trip. Thanks to Arindam for introducing us to such a lovely stay. There are 12 rooms, 6 each on 2 floors. We were alloted 3 rooms on the first floor, clean, spacious and couple of them even had bath tub. Food was delicious and most importantly marginally priced. There was a garden infront and a bid swimming pool at the back, ideal for family with kids. Next time I am travelling on this road, this would be my first choice.

The hotel is located on the highway.. U need not go to any local road.... The hotel is very old one and rooms are not properly maintained. Rooms r full of dust. The room rent and the room quality doesn't match. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. But not properly maintained. Food quality is very good and price is reasonable. There is sufficient parking place. All rooms have window AC with a balcony. But the lock on the balcony glass door, is not properly functional. There are other hotels within 1 km (on the highway). Better to go for other hotel
