Relax Resort Tajpur

I have been visiting Tajpur since 2016 and this was by far the most luxurious experience I've had. Relax Resort is a newly opened resort and it truly lives up to its name. From the moment I entered, everything felt premium - the rooms were spacious and spotless, the washrooms were modern and well-maintained, and the hospitality was warm and professional. What truly set this place apart was the breathtaking view - being able to see and hear the sea waves right from the resort was a rare treat. The swimming pool area was also a great addition - clean, well-designed and perfect for both unwinding and enjoying a good time. If there's one area for improvement, it's the food. The taste was not quite up to the mark, and both lunch and dinner were served cold, which took away from the overall experience. With better attention to the quality and temperature, the experience would be flawless. Overall, a fantastic stay and I'm glad to have discovered this gem. I'm sure this will be my go-to place in Tajpur from now on!

Excellent property, best in Tajpur. The manager's behaviour could have been better. Staff not well trained but very polite and well behaved. Even when there were empty rooms the manager didn't show any desire to upgrade or pitch in the high expense rooms, only when we asked we were informed. While other resorts nearby were welcoming to unbooked guests, they had locked their property and didn't care to open the gates even after calling(we booked via MMT). Its true that we didn't inform our early arrival, but again behaviour could have been better as it is a service industry. Later they apologised. Given the rates, complimentary breakfast could have had more varieties. Lunch and dinner quality is very generic. Again the best property in Tajpur. Could be better if trained or managed properly.

Very good resort as per location, view, service and value wise. Must visit for one or two day trip. Personal car bus and train all are suitable for this resort. Personal car is most preferred. Foods and rooms are very good. Veg food options is very less. Swimming pool is good. Also have children pool.

Have been to the resort during the weekend with my team . We enjoyed the hospitality. You can't find a better place . The rooms are clean and well equipped . You can view the see waves from the poolside . Need less to mention the sound system and DJ with lighting makes one's evening memorable. Food and an also very good whether it is veg or non veg , yes the choice is not exhaustive but still one can enjoy the quality .

This is the Best resort in Tajpur, rooms and bathrooms are very modern, all staffs and foods are awesome, but the Main part is view..... it's absolute beauty..... Must visit Resort in Tajpur. And the music and outdoor video screens are world class.... Your stay will with unforgettable memories ...

Location is good but everything else is horrible We had a 4 bedded room booked at 6150 but that room is on the backside and looks like a completely different property,cottage rooms that costs 6000+gst is the only room worth staying from There is a severe electricity problem at the property,the voltage was fluctuating throughout the day and night. Service is pathetic,they do not even have a single printed menu card They do not even have an idea of the rate of few of the items Very few limited food options The only excuse they have is 'Sir,it's been only 3 months'

We enjoyed a lot woth lots of fun masti and had delicious food and great hospitality. Thank you the owner Banku da and Chaitali. Relax Resort hip hip hurray. Everybody please do come and gather your excellent experience with Relax Resort don't miss it . I think that the best resort in Tajpur "Relax Resort"

Good Food. Good Location. New Resort specifically the cottage rooms are really nice. Found Lack of coordination between staff. Rooms in building lacking basic refreshments.
