Sarada Hotel & Restaurant

Worst restaurant I have ever seen. There is no online payment system like gpay , phonepay. Even there is no opinion for card pay for payment. They are telling dipa as 3star restaurant but they are not upgraded.

Full of mosquito. No parking. No elevator. Food is good. Service is not upto the mark. Only one person in reception found helpful. Other are ill behaved. Better options available in nearby hotels.

The restaurant is really well maintained and hygienic. The food tastes good and the staffs are also very well mannered. I've lots of memories attached with this restaurant because as far as I can remember this restaurant gave me tge first AC restaurant experience in my town.

I rarely write reviews but "Sarada Hotel" compels me to share with you the delightful experience of finding a hotel that is reasonably priced without compromising on quality of service or room decor. From maintaining spotless cleanliness of the premises to ordering a taxi for hotel guests, everything is thoughtfully taken care of. In fact, it has the feel of a home rather than a hotel! ||||The most appealing aspect is the people who work here. The manager as well as the staff is incredibly efficient, friendly and attentive. Rather than some hired desk personnel mechanically signing in guests, Mr. Prabir Chaudhury, the manager, genuinely cares about his guests and the rooms. This was our second time staying here and he was amazingly clued in to what a guest needs and almost anticipated our queries. He makes sure not only that guests feel welcome, but is also most helpful in giving advice about the area and general services. ||||The hotel itself enjoys unbeatable location - right next to the new bus stand. Yet since it is on a side lane, one is wonderfully protected against vehicular noise. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, super clean towels and bed sheets, handy coffee/tea machine, and a fabulous on-site restaurant, what more could one ask for! ||||I will definitely stay here again - and so should you!! Not to be missed!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there along with my family to have dinner. Though the restaurant is not big and all tables are of capacity 2by2, still the food quality is very good. the waiters are well behaved and would guide you with the food that would best suit you. The dishes that I loved included veg hot and sour soup and murg gulnar.

They are not accepting online payment or cards. So please visit other restaurants. Food is more or less same in other restaurants.

Awesome food quality with a peaceful hygienic place, a slow music is running which is very romantic. Behavior of staff is very good. The only reason i give 4 star is service is little bit slower. Otherwise all are ok. Every body should try at least a time if they come in suri. At my college days we regularly come here for party..

Location is near bus stand, hence communication is good. The Hotel is neat and clean. Service is good. The rooms are provided with all necessary utility items like almirah, Dressing table, Television, etc. The accommodation is reasonable and affordable. It has got a restaurant of its own which is quite popular among the locales. Overall a good place to stay & eat.
