Despite booking at an agreed price, I was surprised to see additional fees When I raised this issue with the staff, I didn't receive a clear explanation, and the resolution process was frustrating. Transparency in pricing is essential for a good customer experience, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that aspect. I recommend future guests confirm all charges in advance to avoid unexpected fees. I hope the management improves its billing policies to ensure better customer satisfaction.

Not a great experience. Bad service and food. Location is good, near the hospital. So, if you get sick, you can go to the hospital quickly. Not clean bedsheets. They refused extra blanket. Pro - They didn't ask for extra tip or money. So, that's good.

I have visited always this place & I can say it with responsibility that comparison between others oyo hotels this has been a great experience for me always like checking, staffs behaviour, locality, rooms as per budget & foods. It's always soothing for me in my opinion & I would recommend to every couples to visit the place once, thanks.

My experience is very bad the reception boy want extra charges to booking rooms the staffs behaviour was not good... They also deny to gave pre bookin room and want extra charges to check in..

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Room is smelly and dirty. Outside everything is thrown, like a food alcohol bottle. Ride behavior by staffs. They'll charge extra after check-in. It has everything worst that you can have in a nightmare. OYO should remove this hotel. Don't get misled by pictures; they're very old.

Avoid this hotel! The bathroom ceiling collapsed while no one was in the room, and the staff's behavior was appalling. They were rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for guests or their feedback. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of this place. De- List it from OYO if you don't to loose your client

The room ambience, washroom was very good. AC was also working very fine and gave a good cooling effect. Bed was very comfortable and pillows, bedsheet, blanket was very soft and clean. Staff behaviour was too awesome. Room service was good, just within 2 minutes they come if you ask anything. They also ask about your experience and if you're facing any issues. I will definitely visit next time again.
