Overall Experience: Not Impressed Cons: 1. Cleanliness: The room did not meet the cleanliness standards expected from a 4-star hotel. Surfaces and general upkeep could have been much better maintained. 2. Connectivity Issues: The WiFi was unreliable, with a weak signal that frequently disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected. 3. Front Desk Hospitality: The reception staff lacked the warmth and friendliness typically expected from a hotel host. A more welcoming and attentive attitude would have made a significant difference. 4. Noise Disturbance: We were placed next to guests who were intoxicated and disruptive throughout the night. Unfortunately, the reception team did not take any initiative to resolve the situation or offer to relocate us, which negatively impacted our stay. Pros: * Exceptional Security Staff: A special mention goes to the security guard, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was kind, proactive, and genuinely supportive during our stay, especially knowing we were there for my mother's medical treatment. His hospitality and sense of responsibility stood out -- something the reception team could certainly learn from.

I stayed at Yashshree Milestone in Siliguri for a night on my return journey from Gangtok, as I had an early morning train from NJP Station. The hotel's location is convenient, approximately 9 km from the station, making it suitable for travelers catching early trains. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest before my journey. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While the amenities were basic they were sufficient for a Short stay.

Excellent service and value for money. Rooms are notably clean & tidy. Awesome staff, prompt response by booking team over the phone and responsive reception staff specially Anukkya. Usually these kind of service level are maintained by a 5* hotel. Looking forward to use only this chain of hotels when I'm in the town. Keep it up.

Hotel Imperial Inn, Siliguri - Disappointing Experience We had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Imperial Inn, Siliguri. Our group of 24 people had booked the hotel for March 20, 2025, as our train was scheduled to arrive the next morning on March 21. However, upon reaching the hotel, we were shocked to find that the rooms were not available, and we had to make last-minute alternative arrangements. What made this situation even worse was that one of our group members had personally visited the hotel on March 20 to cross-check the booking, and the hotel staff had confirmed it. Despite this assurance, they failed to honor the booking, causing us significant inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and mismanagement was extremely frustrating. We expect better service from a reputed hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable stay in Siliguri.

I stayed in your hotel for two days. I took my dinner in my room itself but for lunch I visited your restaurant and I find the food are very good. I find it homely preparation. I must express my thanks to staff members of restaurant, presisely mention service rendered by one girl Barsha Patra. I find other staff members, like reception, room service etc. are also good. I wish prosperity of the hotel.

F&B Service by Supriya was amazing. She gained lot of knowledge and experience. Very nice and professional. Bartender/Bar waiter Sagar was very good at his job. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The other staff was also good at their jobs. Reception desk staff from Darjeeling was very sweet. She was very helpful and the check in and check out procedures was very quick

The room was good. The bathroom is very small. There was sufficient hot water. For deluxe rooms there is no Mountain View. So enquire and then book. It is really good if you can book Mountain View. The hotel is in prime location. Pretty close to Mall Road.
