*4/5 Stars - Excellent Value for Money* I recently stayed at Tirupati Lodge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities offered. For the price, I found it to be an excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from both the station and the temporary parking space, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained and clean, which was a pleasant surprise given the affordable price range. The staff was friendly and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. Compared to other cheap hotels in the area, Tirupati Lodge stands out for its cleanliness and maintenance. A very good hotel for the price. Somewhat better than station roadside or other cheap hotels. It is at a 5 minutes walking distance from both the station and the temporary parking space. Well maintained, clean rooms and bathroom. I paid 800 for a non ac room per day. For that price it was good enough if you want to rest before boarding a train or before going further for you travel towards Darjeeling etc.

Location was great Very much near to NJP Rly station. But the cleanliness seemed to be not upto the mark. Rooms are quite small and congested according to the price. Overall an average stay as per my experience

The rooms are not properly cleaned. We booked a room for 3 people and got a double bed, and they asked us to adjust another person on a sofa-cum-bed. They didn't provide any bedsheet for sleeping on the sofa. While checking in the staff did not bring all our luggage to our room, he carried only 2 bags and we had to bring the rest. Our room was on the 4th floor which does not have a lift, we had to walk the stairs with our luggage. During checkout, no staff was available for carrying out luggage, the intercom did not work, so one of us had to go to the ground floor to call them, and the cherry on the top was that the lift was also not working.

Rooms are not up to mark as compared to the photographs they sent via WhatsApp. For example: in reality I found the no TV in the room, Table was changed to a very basic one, desk in front of the mirror was fully damaged, drinking Glasses were not cleaned, bathroom was excessively small, insufficient light inside the room, bathroom has no geyser etc etc. These things were all fine in their WhatsApp images. They have restaurant facility, but I didn't try that out. This hotel is very close to the NJP station, it is a benefit but the whole area is very dirty and dusty.

Worst experience ever. If you want to make your travel experience worst then tirupati lodge is the best option. TV is not working, geyser is also not working even I asked to receptionist no response from them 3rd class service and the room rent is 1800 we paid per one night also one of their staff members keep asking for tips in our room. Literally waste of money.

Fully satisfied, appreciate the staff dealing and service provided. Would like to mention the sincerity of the staff who kept my belonging which I left in the room safely and I got it back from the hotel reception in good condition. Thank you.

Near NGP Station, but I have treble experience with them. It's a very Unhygienic & Unhealthy place. There was no charging socket to change the phone. even no night bulb. The bathroom is very dirty with no ventilation. No Greaser, even when I visited their restaurant for some hot water, I was surprised to see that kind of dirty place. Very small room they provided, basically they are doing a scam through makemytrip app. The staff's behaviour was horrible. The whole night I couldn't even sleep due to suffocation. they provided a 8ft *7ft room, and they wrote in makemytrip app 225 sqrt ft. room. You can even sleep properly in NGP stations but not in that place. Their given photos and details do not match with rooms, so be careful before booking through online/ makemytrip.
