It was magnificent experience. Hard to get this kind of hospitality within 2k budget. Location is very good. Special thanks to Joysmita who was always there in front desk to help us. We were there for girls trip. She helped us beyond our expectations. Food is also good. Near to Hongkong market, just 5 mins walking.

Room had no water kettle and the television service needs to be better. The food and service was satisfactory. The bathroom could be enhanced if stickers be placed on each tube, it was difficult to distinguish between shampoo and shower gel

Manager was very bad. She took advance, showed us pictures of the room then we confirmed. After arrival, we were given a disgusting small room and reception staff and manager were very rude and unwilling to cooperate. Would not recommend to anyone.

The rooms are well properly cleaned and the facilities are top-notch |Moreover the restaurant and the staff service+ behaviour is also fabulous. It's a must try , along with your family . The hygiene of both the rooms and the the restaurant is appreciable

Would sum up the stay as a very pleasant one. If Siliguri hotel is what you looking then blindly book this place. The location is Opp the sevoke road gurdwara which makes place very convenient for in and out and it's prime location. 5* to the location. The rooms was spacious and very clean. 5* to the cleaning team. The staff went out of the way to make my stay comfortable and took care of everything I needed. 5* to the staff and management. The food was tasty and served in a very hygienic way. It was very reasonable too. 5* for the food. The manager took the effort to check if all was taken care of, the extra effort taken shows value of customers and their satisfaction. Well trained staff is definitely a star on the managers shoulder. 5* to the manager (Subhasis) Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

It was good staying place. The room staffs are nice and the service are also great.|Overall it was nice experience in the Indus tiyara hotel the food are very nice and we both loved the food. I would love to visit and stay again in this place. Thankyou
