The Burdwan inn Hotel

While the hotel location is good and it's a new hotel with modern fixtures, the service is very poor. We had to call the reception multiple times for everything. Since the hotel doesn't have the functional restaurant yet (under construction), all food was served in the room, which was okay. The food quality was good but there was a lot of confusion with ordering the breakfast. The property really needs to amp up their facilities and service to do justice to the location.

This was a pathetic experience. They are neither professional nor have the facilities. They come up with ridiculous explanations for Not Having Hot Water, Not Working Taps, Not Working WiFi Facilities. Their food cost is as high as 5 Star Hotels & Quantities for a Toddler. Please don't waste your money there.

I had delightful experience during my few days stay. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional. Also, the room was not just comfortable but also meticulously clean and well appointed. Not to forget, the hotel location couldn't have been better!

The hotel served upto our expectations! Not just the rooms but even the food it was very enjoyable one can get really hearty meals here. Worth the stay! Definitely recommended..
