Hotel is good but mr rajen karki is a pathetic person , very impolite, never gonna visit this place because of him, he has no idea of hospitality , have been visiting from a long time but now no more only because of him and his behaviour. Says to check out in 10 mins wherein i requested for 30 mins as a pizza from dominos was arriving. Anyways its btr to avoid such ppl and hotel.

Their employees are thieves, they stole customer money, there food is ridiculous

Stay was average. Price is unnecessarily on a higher side. At this price a lot of other options are available. Service is also not up to the mark. The quality of the complementary breakfast is extremely poor. Purely vej and no non vej items are available. Did not receive a computerized bill. During check out I was in a bit of a hurry as I had to catch a flight. They took advantage of the situation and handed me a manual bill. As I was in a hurry I couldn't check properly instantaneously. Therefore, it is a kind of cheating.

An excellent business hotel that perfectly doubles up for a location to hold events in. I have been there a few times and the banquet is ideal for small gatherings. The restaurant is pretty good too, although serving times can get a bit iffy. My wedding reception was a relatively small affair and I decided upon holding it here, which was an excellent decision. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and even the accomodation was excellent. They need to up their ante in terms of record-keeping though. However, an excellent experience and will surely go ahead with them for future events and occasions too.

We just had an overnight stay at this hotel and found it to be very friendly and comfortable. We had booked it online it is in a very good location far from the hustle and there are malls and many good shops around in that stretch. ||First thing first the reception was simple and the person there greeted us with a smile and did not delay to provide us the room. As we entered the room, it was very spacious and huge. There was separate dressing area with full-size mirror, bench, and cupboard. The bathroom was again clean and big. The room had huge windows and the entire area was clean and very cozy. It is a couple friendly hotel. ||The staff is exceptionally helpful. I had the best experience in the hotel in Siliguri on a good budget.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are neat n clean and properly decorated. Most important the bathrooms are pretty neat. Service is also very good. The restaurant has varieties but not much. Though the food tastes good. The hotel is in prime place and beside the road and has easy access. Over n all a nice place to stay.

Surprisingly exquisite hotel in Siliguri, West Bengal. Conveniently located, this hotel offers the best value for money. It has a large banquet and a fine dining restaurant. The rooms are very well kept and elegantly decorated. The service is of a very high standard. The restaurant food quality is of very high standard. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. If you are in Siliguri, you must visit this experience this property to set a high standard for yourself at such pocket friendly price.

This place should be avoided if possible, room are ok but the service is below par. The hotel is advertised as a business hotel but there is nothing supporting it. The washroom was not clean, the tiles has stain and you don't even have towels. We had one big towel and after requesting for 4 times and waiting for a day we got the towel the next day. This was the first time I saw a brown towel in a hotel. The only advantage I saw was that it's on the highway and if you want to take a quick break this place may work out. But when you have much better options at a cheaper price, I don't think many people will opt for this.
