Nice & pleasant stay at sarovar portico siliguri. Kakoli the front desk executive was very welcoming & upgraded me to a premium room. There hotel is very nice very clean. The food in hiuse qas also yummy especially the biryani. Cheers kakoli.

Excellent service and delicious food served by Mr. Jamal. Hotel hospitality was too good. Staffs are very obedient. The hotel located in prime location. Awesome facilities and complimentary snakes in the evening every day. I have lots of positive experience.

Rooms are spacious, Buffet Breakfast was good except wheat paratha which was really hard. Evening coffe near the pool was good only issue is lot of mosquitoes near the pool area in the evening. For Dinner we tried Prawns tava fry which was delicious, soup was good. Overall Worth the price

How human behaviour and services can change your mindset. The property do not matches to the Name, i.e. Sarovar Portico. But we are highly impreesed and pleased with the behaviour, efforts and courtsey of Kakoli Das, Reservation & Sales Executive. She was continuously contacting us since the property was booked by us. Apart from all other boys and girls at reservation and the whole staff at restaraunt have tried everything to forget about the shabiness of the property. Clean, large and comfortable room (air conditioning and wi-fi fully working). Very good restaurant. Excellent staff. Outstanding price to quality ratio (80 EU for one night, breakfast and dinner INCLUDED). Only drawback it is impossible to open the window. About the position I don't know.

Very nice place to stay and very courteous staff. Kanchan Tigga is very pleasant person. Mr Jamal is very good for service in restaurant.Food quality is also very good . I will recommend this place, particularly if you are staying with family in Siliguri.
