Rajdarbar Hotel & Banquet, Siliguri

One of the finest hotels i ever found in Siliguri I visited there on the 7th of January 2025. It was my best stay ever I was there for 2 days. The staff were so very decent and polite including the owner. Who was there at that time. It's safe clean and well maintained. And Most importantly it's #safe. Thankyou Rajdarbar for making my trip So beautiful with your staff. You made me feel like my home. I would love to visit it again

Very very bad service and rooms. Terrible experience....staff has a lot of attitude and will ignore you. Do not trust the good reviews of this place...very fake and paid. Horrible staff, food, restaurant, rooms and bathrooms. Cannot stay here for even a day. Do Not go here would give ZERO if I could.

*1/5 - Disappointing Stay with Unacceptable Conditions* I recently had the misfortune of staying here, and I must express my extreme disappointment with the poor conditions and poor management. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by dirty floorboards that seemed to have not been cleaned in a while. It was sticky. You cant walk bare feet. To make matters worse, I discovered mosquitoes in the hot water which they brought by bucket cause gyser was not working in most rooms they showed, which was not only a nuisance but also a health concern. What's even more appalling is the manager's blatant disregard for the truth. When I brought these issues to his attention, he seemed completely unaware of which rooms had which problems. Moreover, he falsely claimed that there was hot water available, despite the fact that it was cold. The most disturbing aspect of my experience was the manager's refusal to acknowledge or apologize for the mistakes. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel's priorities. I would strongly advise against staying here. The combination of unclean conditions, false promises, and poor management makes for a disappointing and frustrating experience. *Rating Breakdown:* - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Amenities: 1/5 - Management: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5

Terrible experience! Geyser didn't work for hours; had to wait forever for a bucket of water. Staff ignored when we told them we have to leave at 8, we would need breakfast before that and gave lame excuses 'Chef nhi aaya toh kya karu' . Manager (Babar Ali) was rude and hung up. Avoid booking with them!

It was such a hassle free stay. I was so confused about all the previous feedback. But my stay with my fiance turned be awesome. Prosenjit Das was at top notch service. He was great in assistant. The room 102 is the perfect room for couple and friends. The reception was good in handling check in they also allowed 30mins early check in.

If 0 star rating would be there will be happy to give Not worth for 1 star rating also Had a very bad experience in everything And on top of that the smell in the restaurant is horrible
