Hotel Niladrii Palace

I visited the hotel three to four times at first reception area is so beautiful and also the receptionist specially night sift. Smoothly checking done. Then the room I choice without A/C is so clean and bathroom also. I order my dinner in my room food was really testy also the service boy. I always take Alu Paratha in morning breakfast it's really amazing mind blowing also the staff tnx to all hotel staff

Only positive thing is good location, just off hill cart road. Restaurant is also good but food price quite on the higher side. Amenities are definitely not worth calling it palace. Room size is very small, maintenance and cleanliness is pathetic. Unclean toulet, curtains and bedsheets. Hotel entrance very narrow, car parking is a big challenge.

Loved this hotel. The room I had was very spacious, stylish, and quiet. I give it extra points for having a refrigerator and (except for a short period when there was an issue with the server) very good wifi. Of course I can't forget to mention the staff, who were both friendly and helpful. As a foreign tourist in india, I wish hotels like this is one could be found more easily. It is a gem.

Hotel Niladri Palace is located near Venus More on Hill Cart Road just opposite to Central Bank of India, Main Branch.It is a budget hotel. Cleanliness is maintained. Rooms are small with AC facilities. Rate is reasonable. Good for one night stay. I had a very nice stay here. Room was inexpensive, spacious, clean and quiet, with good wifi and a fridege, which wasn't the cleanest, but fine for keeping cold drinks in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered to change the room everyday, which isn't something I've experienced in India yet. The hotel in in the heart of the market area in Siliguri so its also conveniently located. Probably among the top three places I've stayed in India thus far. Pathetic experience I booked the stay through oyo app. Bad staff management. We booked AC double bed room and they provided us with non ac room. No lift services. I called to customer care of oyo but didn't received any solution. Never use oyo. Good room service and well maintained... Located on prime location may be the reason behind been unnecessary costly... there are many other option.. Parking available inside hotel.. Staff are polite.. Loved it great place good food and safety. Hospitality at its best.

The restaurant is just ridiculous. They didn't even tell us the price. Normally, even in a 2 or 3 star hotel the price of a whole bufue , including the whole food, it costs only 1000 or something and we only ordered alu Paratha, dal tarka , egg omlete, and tea and it cost us almost 1800. We couldn't believe it. We checked the menu the dal tarka was rupees 95 but they charged us 155. This was the worst journey evar
