HOTEL MALISCA AND BANQUETS

Stayed in this hotel as recommended by my colleague but was very disappointed as we had booked a room for triple sharing and done the payment accordingly. We were given a tiny room with one queen size bed which couldn't be shared by three pax. On raising the issue with the hotel staff, they gave us a very tiny bed which was not comfortable at all. Despite raising the concern with the manager, we did not get any positive response. All I can say is that we had a very bad experience and it was my first and last stay there. I would never recommend it to any of my family or friends.

The staff is responsive and the rooms are well kept. The buffet food was decent as well

I only stayed this place for a night as I had an onward journey from Siliguri. It was fair hotel to stay. Food was to my surprise was good.

Vacation Family They were very friendly and welcoming. The service was good and so was the food. The food department was really adjusting and made food as per our palate and went the extra mile. The reception staff were very good and helpful and professional. Lastly, Mr Ramanuj Sharma went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and made or stay memorable. Thank you so much!

Pathetic B grade hotel.... Don't know what kind of guest are allowed here, there were people loudly chatting, smoking and drinking in our lobby.... Despite calling the front office/reception, no action was taken

Very good environment and luxurious hotel,

Not fit for any kind of event or corporate events, services are very bad, they will mis-represent the facts and charge you differently. Nothing more than a simple low category hotel, also they neither have good Spa as mentioned in their name. Did few events every time there was some or the other issues, during dinner your guests will be waiting for main course while plate in hand. Better go for Milestone which is just in front of the same.
