Hotel Golden Leaf

The stay was wonderful and the rooms were lavish. The staffs were very friendly. Definitely coming back to this place.

Very bad experience. 1) I got complementary tea, coffee, kettle by 8 pm after asking 3 times. 2) Power cut after 2 am but no generator service till morning. 3) The TV in the room was not working which was changed after 9 pm after telling 4 times. 4) Reception is not always staffed 5) There is no such thing as room service but full payment is taken in advance as soon as you enter.6) The towel that was in the room was also torn. At last I will say one thing if there is a point I have said wrong, let the management give an honest reply..
