Hotel Dolly

A good and reliable place--I prefer staying here every time I visit Siliguri, provided the hotel isn't fully booked. The food quality is good, rooms are neat and clean, and the service is excellent. Just a little more attention is needed for the morning buffet breakfast.

Hotel Dolly Inn and Hotel Dolly Premium both the hotel are very good in their service. Rooms are too good, food quality is very good. Staffs are very good. It is a proud of Siliguri.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in India, the staff were super nice and helpful and the service was amazing, the rooms were clean, the restaurant had great food, if I ever visit again I know where I'm booking. The staff made sure I got to my bus safely and helped me get an auto to the station without getting an inflated price, I'm so thankful

Newly opened hotel. It's a unit of Hotel Dolly Inn, Bidhan Road. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained with mini fridge. Staffs are trained well. Lift is available. All in all its a star category hotel and the owner has more than 15 years of experience in hotel line.

I have booked the hotel through their website. I have bad experience with their booking system or might be they are doing some fraud. I have booked one room but they sent me booking confirmation for two rooms. They don't have any cancellation options in their website. So I sent mail but no reply. I had to pay for both the rooms. I would suggest not to go with online booking here also room condition is very poor.
