The Cristallo Resort | Best Resort In Shantiniketan

This is my second visit to CristalloI and it was a truly memorable experience. Acomodation was comfortable, food was very tasty and worth it for price. All staff members were prompt and cooperative. Whenever we called for any help, they|were ready to support. The best part of this hotel is its location. Had a nice experience staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The bed sheet was not very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rooms should have handwash provided for better convenience. One major concern was the number of mosquitoes in the rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. The resort should take better measures for mosquito control. Overall, it was a decent stay, but addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

The best resort at Shantiniketan. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Washroom is very much heiginic. Food qualities are awesome. The top most part is the behaviour and cooperation of all the resort staffs including security guards are very commendable. Thanks to the owner maintaining this resorts beautifully.

Had a great experience staying there for 3 days recently. The location is super perfect as the haat is just in one minute walking distance. The staffs were very generous, well behaved and helpful at the same time. Very pretty ambience all together. And mainly, if you are an dog lover you are going to love this place a little more for sure. The owner and the staffs of the hotel takes care of too many dogs and puppies of the area nearby. And there is a queen , called Lali, a very friendly dog who lives permanently inside the premises with love and care. Overall it was an awesome experience. Waiting for my next stay here.

Rooms: Small in size but very neat and clean. Location: Perfect location from shopping point of view Service: Best in class, staffs are so disciplined and very helping in nature. Personal experience: We were 5 adults+2 kids and kept on asking multiple things and support on which we never heard No or nah kind of excuse from them right from check in till check out. 5 star for services.

The resort is located at 100m from Sonajhuri hat. It has a beautifully decorated lawn and a pool area. The rooms are spacious, well maintained. The room service was prompt. The food is quite good. They even customized our breakfast options based on our request. The resort is highly recommended.
