I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muktomon Hotel and Resort, tucked away in the offbeat charm of Santiniketan. The ambiance is truly enchanting, surrounded by nature's tranquility, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The location of this resort hotel is very nice specially those who want to remain in touch with nature. Our team is very much pleased with the coordination , information and hospitality of the hotel attendants. I love to visit this place again. Muktomon hotel is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Shantiniketan. It is located around 20 minutes drive from Bolpur station and around 20 minutes drive from Vishavarati university, Sonajhuri hat too. It is a clam and quite place in Bonovila, surrounded by Chaupahari forest range. Rooms are nice and cozy (few with balcony), toilet is clean. Staffs are caring, and provides lipsmacking bengali delicacies during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a small garden inside hotel brings joy to kids as they can play around, elders can sit back and enjoy in winter afternoon. Hotel has car parking facility, CCTV too. It has Wifi but might get flaky at times (but who cares). There is a beautiful sayor (dighi) nearby, one can go for morning walk and enjoy the abundant beauty of nature. Bonovila bus stand, toto stand is also in walking distance if one prefers to take toto ride for Khowai or University. Overall it is a very nice stay experience in Muktomon.
