Poor Experience - Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at Kalyani Inn and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite charging premium prices, the facilities and services provided were equivalent to a 1-star establishment. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the accommodations did not match the prices they were charging. The room I was assigned was not clean, and the bathroom lacked proper sanitation. It was clear that hygiene and upkeep were not a priority. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. While the staff's behavior was commendable, it does little to compensate for the lack of cleanliness, substandard facilities, and unpalatable food. I regret choosing this establishment and will not be returning in the future. Please be cautious when considering this hotel for your accommodation needs. Your money and expectations would be better met elsewhere.

Never expected such top class food and hospitality at such a city. It is a classic case study for all Hotel Industry so called brands that how guests are honored, respected and well taken care off. Very good job. Keep it up.

Best in Sainthia Foods are really very good. Nice ambiance to dine out with your friends and family. The restaurants has loads of Delicious items in the menu card for you. Prices are little bit in the higher side, foods are very tasty and quantity is also more than sufficient.(ex. 3 plate of mixed fried rice, 5 people can share) Overall a good experience.

Found this restaurant totally by chance while on a road trip. And it was a very pleasant surprise. I really didn't expect such a well designed hotel, serving excellent quality food in a small town like Sainthia. The Chinese cuisine - fried rice, chilli chicken were absolutely delightful. The staff were courteous as well. Highly recommended for people out on a road trip towards Rampurhat/ Tarapith.

Neat and clean room. Restaurant is also there. If you are going to Sainthia and need accommodation then this is a good hotel

I had experience a average quality food and customer service was worse I am so angry Arrived at the resturant at 8:30 pm food isn't served even though it's 10:30 pm. Customer's dining after us were served meal before us that too the same food. Very bad service. After all the prices of the dishes were much higher than any other restaurant in Sainthia.

The food here is tasty and also at an very reasonable price. The behaviour of the staffs are nice. Currently one of the best restaurants in Sainthia.

I must say that Hotel Rooms are very clean and the ambience is also good. But the food is very much costly as per the hotel location.
