The Hotel Neelkanth, Raniganj

Worst hotel of Raniganj. I booked it for my wedding for 2 days they promised us to serve the groom's family breakfast and give good service instead they did not even gave a bottle of water. They have totally let our family down in front of the groom's family. Their rooms were a mess and cupboard broke and lights were dim. We have told the entire Raniganj what they did shame on this worst hotel.

Very nice and good atmosphere, gentle good behaviour of staffs. Best in raniganj , as my opinion like chukwa chokha in asansol.

Food was good and overall a pleasant experience.

It is such a horrible place i have never seen in my entire life the staff don't know how to behave with the customer and the manager (hotel Owner Mama Sardar ji ) who is creating such a problem among the customers who don't know how to talk with the customer and how to treat the customer such a disgusting restaurant i have seen in my entire life.

Very good hotel and Staffs. Location is perfect, well connected to National Highway. They have good bar and restaurant. Food quality is very good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Owner is very cordial, if you tell your problems to him or manager. They will solve it

The staff behaviour is very rude. The food was not so good. The blankets and the pillows were dirty. The toilet was broken. I did not like it much because i came here to stay and eat nice food but it was not good at all.

The hotel is good. The premises is large enough for the parking along with the greenery. The in house bar is really cheap and good. The food is cheap but average on taste. Rooms are ok. Tv and attached bathroom with geyser facilities are there. Overall it was a good experience.
