Excellent Stay at KLB Grand Hotel! I had a fantastic experience at KLB Grand Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Staff and Misleading Availability I had one of the worst experiences at Hotel KLB Grand. I arrived at the property around 11 PM after seeing room availability online through Agoda and other platforms. To my shock, only a rude and unhelpful security guard was at the reception. He bluntly said "No bookings allowed now" and showed zero courtesy or professionalism. He refused to contact any admin or share the manager's contact number. I had called the hotel's number multiple times before arriving, but no one answered. Later I found out the phone is kept with the security, and he intentionally ignores calls while watching the screen. What kind of service is this? If you don't allow late check-ins, then update your listing and stop misleading guests. I was tired, stranded at night, and extremely disappointed by the attitude and behavior of the only person available there. Thankfully, I got a room in the nearby Hotel Indraprasath, which was budget-friendly and had polite staff with clean, comfortable rooms. Avoid Hotel KLB Grand at all costs if you value basic courtesy, professionalism, and proper service. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had while traveling.

Very polite staff, well maintained rooms, nice food. What I liked the most is their kind gesture of handing over a water bottle (FREE OF COST) to my wife when she got a cough while we were checking out. That was very thoughtful of the hotel management. I had a great stay and this hotel is definitely worth a revisit.

This Hotel KLB GRAND is very nice hotel, service is excellent. Subrata Pal is gem of a person, his behavior and hospitality made my stay very comfortable. Restaurant service was great. Overall great experience.

The overall rating is 5 star which I give to the cleanliness, food and for the staff. The staff was cooperative and friendly specially the front office executive Mr Subroto Paul. I strongly recommend KLB Grand whosoever is visiting Raiganj.

One of the best hotel i have travelled in india...the facilities are similar to hyatt and radison level...very clean rooms and all the amenities were outstanding....The staff is very very cooperative and ambience and location is the best...

The experience in KLB Grand is excellent. Specially room , amenities and room service is awesome with respect to tariff. There is only one thing which I already intimated to hotel management , the sound of movie theatre in the mall create disturbance sometimes inside the room, but not too much, if they are handling this with proper solution, this is the best place to stay at Raiganj.

Hi This is to whomsoever who really spend money on building this hotel U have the worst team to handle We do multipe business we don't give google contact number to security to handle He dint pick a call at all for asking details, after reaching the hotel very cool he says to come tomorrow I said clealry online booking shows and how can u say u can't give now he says us to come tomorrow what kind of reply we expect from a security absolutely wasted my time He treated us like we have come to Stay for free Worst ever hotel and team Have attached few photos in that u can a dustbin that is what is KLB grand worth it for we came near to indra Prashant they were to warm in welcoming and they had better hospitality kindly send your team to learn basics first Set up a team to run a show else this KLB grand will go to grave shortly Regards MAHI
