Room was good But few drawbacks are there like this hotel situated far away from Purulia station, there no shops near this hotel... You have to travel 2-3km to find shops. Otherwise the service was good, staff behaviour is also good ... Winter is the best time to visit purulia... Because of excessive heat issues

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I have some feedback on rating it. Pros- The rooms are good. They are spacious and the bathrooms are very good with a hot water facility. The room service is good. Their strength is very small but they are humbled to help you. The behavior of the manager is very polite and he is a very cooperative person. The food quality is decent. But they can provide you with very few dishes. So you may choose outside food. They will provide you with a taxi if you ask them to use it for travel purposes and the charges are fair. Cons- It is around 7km from Purulia Railway station. Particularly the roads are not good around this hotel. Please try to avoid E-Rickshaws and use four or two-wheelers to arrive at this hotel smoothly. There are TVs but they are not in service completely. So you may use your phone tablet or laptop to watch any movie or any other entertainment services. They want full room payment during the check-in time. It was quite absurd for me. Finally, I am not a person who is working here. So you may consider this review seriously. And hope this hotel will rectify its CONS and meet the standard successfully.

My stay was horrible. We checked in at 2 am. While checking in the manager said that check out time is 8 am whereas it was mentioned in the app that the check out time is 9 am. When we said this he said he have "people" coming in the morning so we would have to check out at 8 am. About the room it was not a good experience too. There were a lot of lights but only one tubelight was working. Not even the light in the bathroom was working. The at around 3 in the morning the power went out. Fan went off. It was so hot. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the current to come back ..We somehow stayed the night and checked out the next morning.

Good hotel but well-trained staff required, they do not use any hygienic lequid to clean the washroom only change the bedcover and pillow cover, management needs to concentrate into the issue immediately. Rs.1,800/- per night room rent is not a joke for two people.

Stayed for a couple of days, neatly maintained. Diff rates of rooms available. Manager was very coordinating and helpful. Room service was also swift. Food was also good and decent rate. Overall happy with the experience.

Very hospitable staffs and manager.... Accomodation and room service was also very good.... Manager himself gave assurance of a good trip and arranged for the cars . The whole trip turned out to be exactly as enjoyable as we expected.

The location is little far away from the main town. Attended a reception there, it was lovely visiting that place. The service was very good. And yes since the new highway is also under construction nearby so I don't think it would be out of town anymore.
