Hotel Pinaki Sadan - Hotel in Purulia

We stays 2 night 3 days. Worst hotel.room are tiny.room are dirty. Most important owner and straf attitude so rude. I suggest not visit this hotel.

The owner of the hotel's behavior is very rude and rough..He doesn't know how to speak properly..His way of speaking is full of arrogancy..No proper maintenance of rooms. Bedsheets are very untidy as if they are not washed for months. Bathroom tap broken.No facility for infants.I would recommend everyone not to visit this hotel..one should lodge complaint against this types of hotel owners..

The owner behaviour is so rude and very savage like he kill all his guest. I recommend all of you please did not go this hotel... In near station is best and comfortable hotel available please stay there. This is my experience Shere. Thank you.

Average hotel, 1 km from purulia rly station. Food is ok ... Room are very old , no changes from last 10 years... Need to improve room equipment...good for banquet private party ....

This hotel does deserve any ratings. The worst hotel I could ever stepped in. First the rooms are small and dirty. Second the switchboard does not work properly. Thirdly if you told them to fix that they could not response. Most important the baddest behavior I could ever received by hotel staffs and specially by the owner. This one star is for the worst hospitality.

Worst hotel i have ever had the displeasure of spending a night at. For those who are thinking the rates are cheap and hence it's a good choice, i would suggest you save that money as well and stay on the street. The behaviour of the staff is outrageous and the service is disgusting. The rooms are filthy and even the railway restrooms are better than ones there. You can't even open the bloody window at night because of the swarms of mosquitoes which will never allow you to even get a wink of sleep. The quilts stink but you will have to use them to save yourself from the mosquitoes. I would have given it negative stars if possible but 1 is the minimum.

We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights. I must admit this was our worst hotel experience ever. Rooms were smelly and dirty and very poor service. Bed linens were so dirty I doubt they were not washed for ages. We ordered food beforehand as we checked in late in the evening. I have never tasted such bad food in my entire life. Mutton and chapati looked like trash. Overall I would not go back to this place at any cost.

Rooms are not very good and wash rooms are also not well cleaned. Top floor beds are made of rot iron whereas other floors have conventional wooden beds. But this is ideal for marriage or such type of party. Open space can be used and decorated beautifully.
