Bad smelling room no cleanliness...stuffs are not good... owner only understands money you can never see him in front..once you give him advance his behaviour changes.... everything you booked from room to car you can get that in time thats no problem but the service is worst...the staffs have common dialogues like you ask them something they say you that they are just stuffs not owner ask owner and the owner will tell you ro wait for the staffs...fan speed is very low...they never change bedsheets...and the bathroom is rusty and the buckets are filthy...

1 of the worst hotel I have ever seen then don know how to speak properly when I am paying for the rooms they have to listen to our queries and very rude behaviour booked Genius hotel at the last moment they told there are no rooms available have to shift to other hotel name Dutta Villa pathetic do not book this hotel.

Rooms are OK. Service is good. Location is also perfect. Price is reasonable.

Good enough rooms with proper bathroom.

Poor Condition of room, bed sheets and pillow cover are very dirty and room service is also very poor. Hotel staff not at all cooperative and they will misguide you to take cab from them at very high rate. Overall if you don't get a room then book this hotel as last resort.

We booked 4 AC Deluxe rooms from 27th to 29th December 2018, @ 1450 per room per day for a pleasure trip to Purulia. I made an advance of Rs. 5000/- through online banking. while booking it was never ever told that the property is on the 2nd floor of the building. It was told that enough parking space is available in front of the hotel so that we can easily accommodate our 2 cars. ||rooms are very horrible, no proper ventilation was not there. you can not open the window also. rooms were full of with bad smell of Toilet. hotel people were insisting us to use Fan to remove the stinking smell of the room while the temperate was around 7 - 8 degree Centigrade. ||we requested them to refund our money which was sent as an advance, but they denied. we had to check out immediately because there was no other option. my earnest request to to not to book this hotel.

Its Good.but not high class. Hotel is on the 2nd Floor (no lift facility) . we stayed in room no 308-309 & 304. 3rooms are same quality. Rent is Bit high as per room size. We booked via Goibibo , & price is 1020/- per room. But, room is with Gyser & western Toilet. Room is Clean. 3person can fit easily in dble Bed. Resturant is Not Available. The location is good. Bus stand is very nearby. Its located in market place area. All shops are available just opp of the Hotel. Ground & 1st floor is for shopping complex. Reception & rooms are on 2nd Floor. NO PARKING lot is available. Car should be parked on the road,; later for night ,they provide to parking space on the oppsite side, in a Bike Service's garage.

It is extremely bad, you will feel cheated if you book through make my trip app. The condition of the room is unhygenic, filthy and is really deficult for even one night stay. The MMT has charged 100% extra and has robbed me. They should review the hotel condition before robbing people. I will advice people to boycott MMT, as they do not help but cheat and rob innocent people. One should not give comment after being cheated by MMT
