Hotel staff behaviour very bad and non corporation worst hotel service.

Not suitable for family. Cramped spaces with no fooding option. Rooms are not suitable for one night stay also and that too for single persons. Rooms are not clean hair all side here and there in the rooms basin bathroom Bad management Unhealthy place Donot come ever Unhealthy spots spotted in the bedsheets U can also hear the snoring of another person from the beside rooms The ceilings are also damaged u may die anytime TV's are of no use (not recharged) No room service no fooding no space for parking (there is a space for parking outside beneath a tree) come at your own risk

No disturbance. Nice and clean rooms. Staff behaviour was very good. I want to stay next time.

Location wise it's not recommended for people who will go for sight seeing! Because of the distance from the main town! Rooms are average but the behaviour of the manager totally disappointed us. But the caretaker was nice! The overall experience is not sooo good that I can recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are good. Room size is small. The hotel position is very odd. There are no good restaurant available near by. Hotel doesn't have own kitchen. They dont have dedicated parking. It looks to me over priced.

I booked this hotel on 27th DEC 2020. The rooms that were alloted to us firstly that it has no extra space other than 2 beds... And the wardrobe was not even opening properly ... Then we asked to change the room and they said that all the rooms were booked and alloted us a room with bathroom far from the room. We faced a lot of problems ... We booked the hotel a month ago with fully paid. We came to enjoy our vacation , not to adjust with issues... Even the room had not any ventilation... And dont know from where water was entering through an external pipe in the toilet... The toilet had no mirror too....

True feedback: Recently visited there with my family..Very dirty room.Very bad behaviour of hotel staffs.Truely unexpected and worst experience. Also over budget as per the rooms. AC, TV ,wash basin, wifi, bed sheet, doors--- everything is damaged. Hotel staffs ask different rates for the same room to different tourists, no fixed rate is there.Manager,Owner,Staffs are very narrow minded. Do not waste your money. Better to stay in Hotel Akash near to Dutta Villa.Hotel Akash is a Superb hotel and rate is also low. Better to give zero rating for Hotel Dutta Villa. ***Pl note: The pictures of the rooms posted in google or booking sites,is totally different from the original one..So pl dont go for the fake photographs..

Mostly third class hote,not at all professional with customers, services are tremendously bad can't get up to the mark foods,it's testless, quantity is too small, one advice in one word just stay away from this hotel. As zero/negative rating is not available otherwise I'll put negative marks. It's just too bad.
