Maa River View

Right on NH317, this hotel is convenient for a night halt. However, if you're travelling with family, this place is best avoided. Feels very unsafe. Rooms are large, with no amenities whatsoever, not even an electric kettle. Most worryingly, the room I stayed in did not have any door latch inside. So, it could have been opened from the outside easily. I was travelling with my wife and daughter. We were so worried and anxious that we practically did not sleep the entire night. Food is good. The restaurant is very basic, not some place I'd like to visit again.

An old hotel with worn out rooms located on a main highway making it a preferred choice, but it ends here! After my room's online booking confirmation, the hotel tried cancelling the booking by saying the room rent charged was not economical, but thankfully, trip.com intervened and saved the day for me saving me from a very bad experience. The rooms had insects at night and the power kept going on/off all the time. However, service and staff was excellent doing everything in their power to make it a good stay.

As beautiful as Maa River View Hotel looks, the behaviour of the staff here is unmatched.The quality of food here is also very good. I loved the whole atmosphere of this place. You must come here, I hope you will like it very much.

Food was fine. I won't say it was great or amazing but yeah, I did enjoy the food. There is no other option around there. So it's the only place to have food. Price is affordable but above average if compared with food quality. Location is definitely great coz it's on the highway.

A good restaurant to have some food with your family or friends. The location is very good if you are going through NH27. There are not so many options to order. But you can get rice and roti items with veg or non veg curries. Starter items are limited. Shortage of desserts. In festive seasons the restaurant is full of crowds and you may have to wait for an hour. This restaurant must improve their staff quantity and food quality.

It is a decent restaurant near NH 31. Food quality is good and they maintain hygiene. Lodging is also available and one double room costs 2000. Buxa tiger reserve is 40 minutes drive from this hotel. Food price is little bit high as compared to other highway side dhaba, but quality wise, it is ok.

Recently went to Buxa tiger reserve. When returning we entered here as we were super hungry. And yes the taste didn't disappoint us.
