Patibunia Resort Baluchar

Patibunia is a quiet and laid back place, allmost opposite side of mousuni island . The main attraction is the huge sand bank that emerges when the water recedes during low tide. You can safely walk around the sand bankvecause the sea recedes about 2 to 3 km so but be sure to get time about high tides. Till their are three staying options, baluchar resort is best of them, the food is testy but specially catch of the season can be arranged with prior notice. Comfort wise the stay is pretty basic. The place has a typical weekend crowd. I was sorry to see the place littered with plastic and rappers of food items!

This is a quiet and laid back place, a few kilometres before Frazer Gunj. The main attraction is the huge sand bank that emerges when the water recedes during low tide. You can safely walk around the sand bank discovering hidden animals. The sea recedes about 1.5 to 2 km so it's a huge area to cover but be sure to get information about tides. The dyke is in a sorry state - repairs are going on but one is not sure when they will be over. The resort itself is a mixed bag - there's ac ( you'll need them during the day) but it doesn't work properly ( so when all the ac s are running) the food is ok but specially catch of the season can be arranged with prior notice. Comfort wise the stay is pretty basic. The place has a typical weekend crowd. I was sorry to see the place littered with plastic and rubbish though!
