Super Townhouse 75779 The Royal Retreat

Easy check in to the hotel, hotel staff is very good. Food is very tasty. Clean room and bathroom very well. Car parking in too big. I feel great. I'll Comeing Staying again. Thank you OYO, And Thank You Royel Retreat

We had booked 2 rooms and planned to stay for just a few hours before our flight to freshen up. However the rooms were filthy, the bedsheets were riddled with holes and stains(dirt and blood) and the floor was littered with match sticks. The walls were stained and it was a overall very horrible experience. The parking is non existent with a single line of parking, where to remove even a single car everyone in the line has to move out (even in the middle of the night).

I stayed there for 2 days and got harassed 4 times infront of other guests, they don't care as soon as they receive money, avoid staying there with female friends as the staff looks like some goons! They won't let you order food or even bring anything apart from water outside and they have their kitchen with tasteless food for which they will overcharge you, don't just see the room rent before booking, because your total bill would be much higher than that! Plus rooms are crazy dirty with different body hair found on dirty bed sheets and covers!

The hotel is very good....and very comfortable......the bed is very soft ...room decoration is luxurious...Bathroom is very good.....TV is not smart so please cear full....otherwise the hotel is excellent and good condition...and good staff ...

The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling.

Beds are so noisefull..room floor have moisture on it.. bathroom floor is slippery & not scrubed properly. Foods are way to much costly.

Check in procedure too good it's like professional i loved it.. they are humble helpfull good behaviour person. Food also delicious must try kebab chinese statter indian food just wow must try prawns and fish items

This oyo is really superb. It's located near airport. So easily accessible for airport passengers. Service and staff behaviour was really good. Couple friendly.
