The Tusker Den, An Eco Tourism & Village Resort

The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Room rent is very reasonable. Food is very very tasty in most reasonable price. Huge green area available for walking, assembling, children's play. Each staff is very good and welbehaved.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The rooms were spot clean and specious. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. The view from the 1st floor is mesmerizing if you are interested in the rural Bengal landscape. The manager Mr. Avijit Bannerjee is a very nice man and took care of everything during our stay. The river Murti is around 2 KM. away from the resort and one can have a very enjoyable stroll to the river while enjoying the countryside.

We stayed at this little place just last week of November for 3 nights. We had a group of 11 people with almost half of them are senior citizens. We were picked up from the New Mal Junction station and were dropped off to Bagdogra airport. This place was built only a couple of years back and more buildings are getting built now. This will have a total of 12 double rooms with well appointed, spacious bathrooms. It has a beautiful garden to relax and enjoy. We had a very enjoyable stay. All food were provided by Tusker Den. Manager, Mr Abhijit Banerjee was always available and was extremely helpful. He even managed a surprise birthday cake for my nephew. Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend this place to everybody.

A very nice hotel set in a very calm and quaint atmosphere.||||Spacious clean rooms with comfy beds and spotless toilet. The Balcony is another attraction. It's big and overlooks the distant forest. Lots of greenery in the surroundings.||People who look for a quiet and cool holidays - this can be your next stopover when you plan a trip to Murti or the Dooars region over there.||||Food served is quite homely and delicious.||||You will love the hospitality of the Manager - Mr.Abhijit over there. Rest staff is quite helpful.||Most importantly they arrange safari and trips and sightseeing which are managed by a person called Apu Da. I have been visiting Dooars for a long time - have traveled in many vehicles - but never meet such a cooperating and nice person like Apu Da.||||Overall a very satisfactory Holiday at The Tuskers Den.

Visited this year from 24th to 27th. Excellent place. Rooms A1 & A2 I got. Premium rooms having all modern equipment. Large room. It has a good garden. Cook is very enthusiastic to satisfy you with qualitative and delicious food. Bikash and his wife are there with all types of help. Manager is also very helpful and friendly. Morning in this resort is very pleasant. Suggesting to stay here while visiting North Bengal.

We had been at The Tuskers' Den ... for 4-Days in Total ... from 12th October till 15th October 2016 ! ||||Ohhh My God ... What a Memorable and Pleasant Stay we had. ||||We were 4 Families together and also did have a Camp Fire with Roasted Chicken on the Fire and impeccable Dishes. ||||The Hotel Manager and the Staff were equally GREAT ... We all feel like visiting the Place once again ... Just to have a Feel of Nature Kissing your Room Doors ! BEAUTIFUL STAY AND ENJOYABLE TOO.||||Subrata Biswas & Family !

Located in one of the villages of Chalsa close (1.5km)to the murti river,the resort is quite big and has all the facilities.Mr Bijay has been very helpful from getting our route right, asking for lunch over phone, good evening snacks to dinner and finally our breakfast. Rooms are big and clean as well as the bathroom and our room had big balcony.Also you can ponder over in the resort's garden also make friends with the little four legged animals in the compound ,who are very friendly and lovable.lastly the ambience is good and peaceful with gallons of wind all around will keep you high always.

This place is 3 km away from murti river. Thats the only con else everything is nice. Room service is good. Stuffs are polite. Tariff 1500 per night per room. Max 3 can stay in a single room. U can include food also for 600 per person. Food includes Breakfast (puri, sabji), lunch, evening snacks, dinner.
