OYO 82487 Paradise Point

The room was okay typish but it could have been better. The rooms were not so spacious. We had taken a room which has two double bed, and it was a bit congested. The bathroom was fine but the wash basin was not clean, there were stains on it, as if it hasn't been washed after it has been used. The geyser provided was a life saver. But i was disappointed that, although they said Wi-Fi was available, on the 2nd floor it was cut off, as was mentioned by the manager there. so we were not able to use any internet. What is the point of keep Wi-Fi if the customers cant even use them ? The almirah they provided were not at all satisfactory- the inside couldn't be used since there was dust accumulated and as told no body uses it so they didn't clean it. So there was a problem with keeping all our clothes. The beds were huge it could easily fit 3 people. But the bedsheets were not changed and it seemed that the bedsheets have been used for long time. There were spots everywhere and it was smelling funny. Apart from that the staffs were helpful and their behaviors' was friendly. They helped us with everything we asked for. The price of the room was reasonable but it could have been lesser since all these flaws were there.

I hope someday google will add negative stars then I will change my review and give maximum negative stars that will be allowed to give. Totally unhygienic. If you are ready to go to the doctor's chamber after returning home as I am doing now, then you can choose to stay here. I will stay at the railway station next time if no other staying option is available except this.

It's a cheater. Shame. shameless owner. Booked through Oyo for 1day & Owner refused to give room & simultaneously he so inhuman that someone travelled all long day with all tired and fatigue but he is not at all bother. He simply want cancel the room that "online booking" & do by him only (with extra 2/3x) price.

Fraud Hotel!! This hotel is registered in Goibibo and OYO Rooms, I booked this hotel online via Goibibo for two nights, I tried to call the hotel on number registered in Goibibo portal but couldn't reach out to hotel management after several attempts, after reaching to the hotel 10 mins before check In time hotel staff denied check in and said to cancel the booking online and pay double the amount mentioned in online portal because it's peak time and rates have gone up. Room which they were providing was also in pathetic condition. Free cancelation time got over and we had to find hotel ofline. Later on after several calls and discussion I got my refund back

Rooms are nice ....also in good condition only thing some rooms have geyser and some don't .. we went in November so it's not that much cold...also it's sunset and sunrise timing is different.... U can see the peper view from teres.. also opposite to hotel there is a beautiful temple...do visit..u will love the dities....

I have booked through makemy trip..they denied Chek in saying that no rooms are available, price of gone up, no room for solo traveller showing multiple reasons

Hotel staff not provide us our pre booked rooms, he asked to cancle the booking then only he will give us room and also he was charging extra money for booking.
