OYO Ruposhi Bangla Eco Resort

Very bad experience. We had two cottages. We found cockroaches in the rooms. Room and washrooms are too dirty. Receptionist showing too much rules and regulations. He told that pool will be close at 8 pm but so many persons are there in swimming pool even with beer bottles and cigarettes. Not recommended for families. Rather showing too much rules, hotel management should focus on the service and cleanliness

There were little hiccups while we stayed but the best part was any problem was solved quickly. Service was the best! The complimentary breakfast wasn't a buffet but it did feel like one. The behaviour of the staff was top notch. Highly recommend this place!

Extremely disappointed with my stay! Dirty bed covers and unhygienic conditions ruined the comfort. The service was poor, staff unresponsive, and the food was the worst I've ever had. The hotel is located in a remote area with zero convenience. Totally overpriced for such low-quality experience--not worth a single penny! Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful location amidst nature. Enjoyed the serenity to the most. If you are looking for a relaxed vacation this is the ideal place. Food taste is bit flat. Breakfast spread is available. Staff are cooperative and helpful. Pool is well maintained.

Some memories are unforgettable, remaining ever vivid and heartwarming! The most beautiful things are not associated with money; they are memories and moments. . Ruposhi bangla eco resort is the best place ever. Especially the resort manager behaviour is very nice and helpful man also staff. Food is best and nice test. Totally peace full hangout and enjoyable place .

Gardens are very nice. Service was good. But Room was not cleaned properly considering the price they charge. Paints are coming out from the wall, damp wall, Unclean toilets.

The most third class resort I have ever stayed in. The worst service & mismanagement. No proper room service, pool service. Along with that the behaviour of the staffs are very unprofessional. The manager of this property is not a well behaved person. His attitude is very rude. He don't know how to behave with the guests. At first we visited there he asked for the full payment at the time of check in. Whereas we didn't access any of the room & didn't take any of their services yet. They didn't have any working CCTV cameras that time & the proper parking zone. No single light at the Parking area. Then how can anyone be assure of the safety of their vehicle. At the morning when we went to the parking we found there are lots of scratches on our car. When we informed them they totally denied to take the responsibility & again & again blaming us. We felt very disrespectful & want to talk to the property owner but the manager told us that he don't want to talk with us. At the night after 12 o clock we found there were no lights outside the room, at the entrance, at garden area, at the pool side & the parking. They switched off all the lights. There was no intercom facility in the room. Rooms are not clean properly. We didn't get any room cleaning service. Totally waste of time & money.

Very bad experience....one the most worst hotel I have ever stayed... location is good but not at all well maintained...the triple occupancy rooms were so dirty..dirt on all windows with spider webs & cockroaches every where. What to say about staffs I asked for good night liquid (mosquito repellent) which was provided to me after 4 hours of my request...It is very unhygienic place to stay for babies...never going back again...
